Today we had the pleasure speaking with Peyton Turner whose tour ended last Sunday on Rock of Love 2. Turner, a musician and songwriter spoke with us about her time in the house and here’s what she had to say:

Jason, (RealityWanted.com): Hey Peyton thanks for taking the time with us today, so what made you apply to be on the show?

Peyton, (Rock of Love 2): I have been in music my whole life and I am around the same age as Bret, familiar with his music and also a fan. I ran across the casting call online so I thought I would give it a shot and judging season one I figured it was going to be a blast.

Jason, (RealityWanted.com): How did you like the other girls in the house and how was it living with them?

Peyton, (Rock of Love 2) I am not a drama person I tend to like to make friends not enemies. I tried to view everyone equally and just do my thing. The show was about Bret not about me, he is the one looking for love so I just wanted to enjoy my time there and not get caught up with the other stuff. Living with the girls was a little tough, I am the baby of 4 so besides sharing a room with my sister when I was younger I haven’t had to share a room with other girls. Thankfully I packed my eyeshade and earplugs.

Jason, (RealityWanted.com): Were there any girls you liked or disliked on the show? How did you feel when Megan stole your notes you left for Bret?

Peyton, (Rock of Love 2): I got to meet some great girls on the show and will be staying in touch with Amber, Destiny, Angelique and Catherine. I really didn’t dislike anyone, I just tried to keep my energy positive and not get involved in that stuff. I really have no thoughts on Megan. It just surprised me, she probably felt threatened and ultimately showed her true colors.

Jason, (RealityWanted.com): Tell me a little about the best and worst experience while you were in the house?

Peyton, (Rock of Love 2): I would have to say my favorite time in the house was getting to play music with Bret. We just had this great connection as musicians.

The worst time for me was the anxiety I felt due to my inability to get alone time with Bret.

Jason, (RealityWanted.com): Do you think the lack of time you spent with Bret hurt your chances on getting another pass?

Peyton, (Rock of Love 2): We didn’t get our own date, so sure it didn’t help. I am hoping we can be friends, even though there wasn’t a love connection we both thought of each other as pretty cool.

Jason, (RealityWanted.com): So if you had the opportunity to do it over again would you? Also would you do anything different?

Peyton, (Rock of Love 2): I would have never imagined myself on a reality show, but I felt for some reason I should be a part of it and I am glad I did it. I think I was myself on the show, I put my best foot forward so I don’t have any regrets.

Jason, (RealityWanted.com): So what’s next for you?

Peyton, (Rock of Love 2): Well I moved to Nashville and I love it out here. I have a lot of things in the works and hopefully Rock of Love 2 will stir up some appearances.
