Tinsley's sparkling engagement ring features a large solitaire oval diamond on a micro pave band. The exact details and jeweler of the gorgeous work of art hasn't been shared to adoring fans just yet!

In a new post on Instagram, Tinsley shared a closeup of the engagement ring saying, "2019 was a ROCKY year! Reflecting how I was feeling this time a year ago...I can't believe how much has changed! I'm so grateful for all the ups and downs that lead me to this happy place! Super excited for 2020!!! Happy New Year!!!"

Following the announcement of Tinsley's engagement to the Coupon Cabin CEO, Kluth, rumors have been swirling she left or quit filming "The Real Housewives of New York City." At this point, there isn't any official confirmation that Tinsley quit filming or left "RHONY," and it's just speculation.
