According to E! News, the "Southern Charm" star Thomas Ravenel was arrested Tuesday morning on charges of alleged assault and battery second degree in Charleston, South Carolina.

Ravenel's arrest is a result of an investigation stemmed from an unnamed former nanny who was working for "Ravenel in Charleston in January 2015 when he allegedly undressed and made sexual advances toward her," E! News reports.

Ravenel in no stranger to trouble with the law, however appeared on the past five seasons of "Southern Charm." Following the public allegations, Ravenel didn't attend the reunion taping this season.

In August, Ravenel shared on social media that he wasn't returning to "Southern Charm" saying, "I'm not doing the show anymore."
