Robert from Prague wants to be the "perfect human doll". As a child he idolized his grandmothers beauty sense. His mother didn't mind that he started in the modeling business but she told him his nose was too big. After 18 years he decided to have a second nose job but he's dissatisfied with what he considers his crooked nose. Not only did he lose modeling gigs, but he has difficulty breathing exclaiming that he has been "snorking" when he sleeps. He means "snoring". Robert is also upset that his upper lip fell a little so you can no longer see his upper teeth when he smiles, something that is detrimental to a model. Dr. Nassif explains to him that if he has another surgery it will make his nose larger and wider. Not something Robert wants in the slightest. As far as the lip goes, it could just be a muscle that was snipped during surgery but it could fix itself. Ultimately, it's not wise to to have another surgery only 3 months after the last one.

Emily has crab claws instead of breasts. AT the age of 32 she got her first breast augmentation. When she woke up her breasts were large, hard and wide set with tons of scar tissue. After getting an infection, she had the implants removed... without anesthesia. Without implants, her breasts have curved under and rippled, causing a crab claw effect. Emily is looking for a chance to no longer be deformed. Even Dr. Dubrow is stumped by this one. He says she only has a millimeter of skin on her rib cage and her natural breast tissue is distorted. He can't give her a plan of action because he won't know until he starts operating what exactly he's dealing with and how to fix it. Unfortunately for Emily, she's is not able to have the surgery because... SHE'S PREGNANT!!! Her husband is so excited, she is so disappointed, at first. Dr. Dubrow promises he'll do the surgery when she's ready. And guess what?? She's ready. Once home, she finally got happy about the pregnancy but then suffered a miscarriage. She felt that she had nothing, no surgery and no baby, so she's back and ready to have something to be excited about. Her skin and tissue are so thin he is concerned with causing a collapsed lung. To prevent her from rejecting another implant, he simply restores her original breasts instead of putting in implants. But he will consider this Stage 1 so that she can go back at a later time for implants if she wishes. Six months later she's back, again, and she and Dr. Dubrow are ready for implants, even though she's at risk of thinning of the tissue, exposure of the implant and a reaction against the foreign body. She's so happy with her results she has her reveal on the beach in a bikini!

Ashley has sheep fat in her lips. She loves experimenting with new looks and her sister got information from porn stars about where to get plump lips. The Brazilian "plumpers" (in the US) told the girls they put sheep fat in their lips and every year they get bigger. Although she doesn't necessarily hate the look, she wants her children to grow up with a "normal" looking mother. Dr. Dubrow doesn't think she's had too much filler put in, he thinks she's had an immunological response to non-medical grade silicon... NOT sheep fat. Dr. Nassif feels that he can remove a lot of the tissue and Dr. Dubrow feels that most of the tissue needs to be removed to stop the reaction she's having. First, Dr. Nassif will open up her lower lip and remove scar tissue, then repeat the process with her upper lip. He considers make the scar not visible his toughest challenge. He removes 6.5 millimeters of tissue from the top lip and 10 from the lower. The new hope is that she doesn't grow more scar tissue from this surgery. Her results are brilliant. She looks 100% "normal" yet still herself. Even her kids are happier about her appearance.
