Frenchy you may remember from Charm School and Rock of Love. But now she acts, sings and models. Currently, she feels that her breasts are not "plastic fantastic". She grew up idolizing the dolls she played with and wanted to be blonde with big boobs... not average. When she was 18 she ended up in a strip club and never looked back. Her first breast augmentation at 27 and then had a second. French wants them bigger. And by "bigger" she means 1,000cc. She wants everyone to look at her breasts instead of her personality. Dr. Dubrow feels that if Frenchy goes bigger she will develop symmastia or worse. Also, they don't make 1,000cc silicon implants so she's out of luck. He tells her basically, if it ain't broke don't fix it. As disappointed as she is, in her interview she nakedly tells the producers that she is sad that the doctors can't help her but she's on her way to find padded bras. Mmmm... no need.

Kathy is a former model who got into event planning by selling tickets to Playboy Mansion parties after being a guest for so many years. She was always self conscious of the wrinkles on her neck and her friend from Ecuador introduced her to her plastic surgeon. He convinced her that she should also have a rhinoplasty. When she woke up from surgery she was vomiting blood (probably from the aspirin they gave her after surgery), her nose wasn't right, and there were actually more wrinkles on her neck. Her goal is to get back to being the life of the party instead of planning them. The biggest hurdle for Dr. Nassif is always convincing the patient that to "fix" the nose, it may end up bigger. Some are ready for it, others not so much. Kathy just wants her old nose back, so the bigger the better in her case. First they'll tighten the neck by making an incision under her chin. ON her nose they'll widen the nostrils so she can breathe better. His main concern was injuring the nerves but it would appear that he left them well enough alone. During her post-op he tells her that he only got 1/2 way in getting the tip of her nose down, but he was able to help fix her scars behind her ears from her previous surgery. After surgery Kathy shows us a knew version of herself, sans turtleneck. Her nose looks perfect, and her skin is glowing.

Serena has a uni-boob. Growing up, her family members all had larger chests while she did not. After learning her aunt had breast augmentation, she went in for surgery, too. After surgery she could feel ripping, pulling and tightness. At her post-op appointment her doctor refused to admit that she had symmastia (when the surgeon lifts up too much towards the center to where the two pockets combine). He told her he couldn't help her, "... but at least you'll never be a stripper". Dr. Dubrow is a little disappointed that Serena wants "the biggest boobs possible" instead of just a normal fix. He also finds grade 4 symmastia, which is as severe as it gets. The plan is to make an incision under the areola and create separation by stitching tissue to her ribcage, then put in knew implants. Her results are so good, Dr. Dubrow calls himself "the symmastia whisperer". Serena finally feels comfortable and secure, and is happy with the size.
