Shauna Sand is 43 from Malibu and her boobs aren't want she's liking anymore. She's extremely unhappy with her areolae because her last surgeon died before he could do the scar revisions... but there may be more complications than she has bargained for. Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif have technology that her last surgeon didn't have that could have prevented keloid scarring. Unfortunately her routine blood tests don't come back completely normal and it looks like her surgery may need to be delayed for a while. BECAUSE SHE'S PREGNANT! (Unfortunately, Shauna Sand suffered a miscarriage shortly after taping this episode. With the support of friends and family she is getting through this difficult time and is focused on the future.)

Tarick is a former professional boxer and his nose has felt every punch. But boxing wasn't the only thing that hurt his nose, he has already had a rhinoplasty due to breathing issues. After his consultation with Dr. Nassif he learns that his cartilage has moved back into his septum so rib will have to be harvested for use, if they can get past his muscle. Since he's so in shape his recovery from the rib fragment removal will be more intense. Poor wittle fighter baby. Going through all that pain pays off in the end after all.

Kelsey was born with a concave chest. As she got older she could see that she was different and it started bothering her. Around 6th grade she saw a doctor that told her that her lung couldn't expand and it would affect her heart. She was forced to have surgery at 13 years old. The invasive surgery involved a Y incision, adjusted her ribcage and attached a steel rod to her sternum. In June of 2007 she had her first breast augmentation and she wasn't happy with the uniboob result. A second consultation said that she could be fixed but her implants would have to be removed for an entire year. After that surgery she realized she was botched once again. Dr. Dubrow doesn't know if he can help her since there's no muscle attaching to her ribs to rid her of the symmastia and considers it the worst he's seen. But he's willing to try. However, she may be without breasts for about 6 weeks after to allow the chest to heal. There is a 10% chance she could get implants immediately, though. Shockingly enough he completes the entire process in one stage and considers it the safer smarter way to do it. Basically he created new pockets and reinforced them into a gorgeous, and separated, C cup.
