Lindsey Cascaddan was the first castaway voted off in last night's double decker Survivor episode block. After 11 days on the Blue Collar Tribe, she dishes on her game, living with Dan in his banana hammock and clashing with Rodney.

LINDSEY! I was definitely disappointed to see you go last night. You're a great personality and made for some great Survivor moments! I have to say I respect you and what you stand for. We saw it last night but right now I want to ask, what does Blue Collar mean to you? How do you embody it?

Blue Collar is this All American, hard working group of people that have morale and a sense of pride. They work hard, play hard and stand up for what they believe. It doesn't mean we all have the same beliefs, but you're willing to stand up and fight for whatever your fight might be. We tend to voice our opinions.

Turning to the game, Days 1-9 the Blue Collar did not have to worry about going to tribal council. We saw your tribe interact, but we didn't see much gameplay. What happened during this time? Were there any clear defined alliances?

The alliances at camp changed every couple days. At first everyone was against Dan and we were all this big clan of Blue Collars. Nobody had clear defined alliances, but we all knew we were annoyed with Dan. Had we lost that first challenge it would've been him out.

Then the next couple of days, Mike sort of had his big meltdown about working. Had we lost the second challenge it probably would've been Mike that went. Then we get to Day 9, which was sort of Rodney's claim to fame, where it was an easy time to say he would've been out.

Now it would be dumb to think there was no gameplay going on. Sierra and I had a clear alliance since Day 1. Mike and Kelly were working together, which I don't think anyone really knew was happening. That was a closed off relationship they had. Rodney was trying to work me and Sierra, but it just never clicked. We never made it a true alliance just because we never felt comfortable being aligned with this guy.

Mike had everyone's back. He was friendly to the whole tribe. Then there was Dan who came into the game with the mentality of "I just want to be remembered; anyone but me."

Last night, I become people's choice because we never had to make a choice. When we did, Mike was the one who smarted up and didn't want to vote out Rodney. Rodney was demeaning, annoying and just dumb enough to say stuff that will piss people off. And in the end of Survivor, you want to sit next to someone that is not as likable as you.

Well if it was down to you and Sierra, why was it you?

I have an alpha personality. I built our camp from the bottom up, with Sierra's help, but no one else's direction. I called the shots, I was our leader and I don't necessarily think guys like to see that. I know for a fact that Rodney and Mike specifically didn't like that and in Survivor, unless you're working with the alpha's, they gotta go.

Switching gears, since it was a hot topic last night, I have to ask it. What are your genuine thoughts about Rodney right now?

Rodney is a lost kid that needs a strong male figure in his life. I think he'd do really well with some guidance. He's not a "bad guy." He has so much passion and blue collar in his blood, but it's directed in the wrong way and it comes off as arrogance. If you broke Rodney down, his inconsistency in his life and his insecurities have built this sort of creature that people hate.

As we saw, you just didn't clash with Rodney, but you also didn't get along with Dan. Specially in the first 6 days when you didn't get your bathing suites and he was all out there, please tell me what it was like living with him.

Dan's a showman and the first 6 days were his time to shine and claim to fame. However, after day 5 you're tired, hungry and up to your head in annoyance. You get stripped down to whoever you really are. Those first 6 days with the guy Dan wanted to be, his go to character, was absolutely excruciating to livr with. The bathing suite, the voices, the complaining, just all of it. Dan was a lot to take in.

However, Dan's really a tolerable and funny guy, and as you get stripped down of food and sleep, you become yourself. That's why you start to see people start to like and tolerate him. It's because he's a good guy.

Well obviously Dan wasn't the only one going through all this. Tell me about your experience. What was the hardest part for you?

You're away from everything you've ever know and forced to make relationships with people that you would never make relationships with. The hardest part is coping with all of these different personalities while playing this 24/7 game that never ends. The elements are one thing, they're survivable. Your body kicks into caveman mode and you're fine. However, really dealing with people that are driving you insane in those elements is the hardest part.

Now we're running out of time, so to flip question, what was your favorite part of the show?

Definitely the self-reflection that you gain. You're out there with nothing and no one you know. You have to relay on everything you've learnt until then, play the game and also have fun. For me, I'm a mom at home and I run a business. At home I'm wildly in control of my life. To be out of control and out of your element is sometimes a beautiful thing. It teaches you these crazy in-depth things about your personality, that you'd never get the chance to learn otherwise.

Thanks so much Lindsey! You were great in the game and who knows, maybe we'll see you on Survivor in the future!
