It's no secret Kourtney isn't the funnest person in the world (I mean, just look at the last few episodes) but tonight she took her party pooping to a whole other level. 

Since Kim is basically homeless (okay, okay she lives in a mansion with her mother) she didn't have an acceptable place to hold North's first birthday party. Apparently, Kris doesn't have much space in her yard, which didn't really make sense to me at first. Either way, feeling like she was in a tight spot, Kim asked Kourt if she could use her yard for the party since Kourt and her family would be in the Hampton's anyway. Kourtney  was planning on having construction starting at her house, she so told Kim no. Kim tried to beg her, she even said that she would take the risk with the timing of the construction, but Kourtney wasn't trying to hear it. 

Everyone knows you don't tell Kim no, so what did Kim do? She planned North's party at Kourtney's house anyway. Unfortunately, she forgot to un-invite Kourtney and she received an e-vite for North's party with her address on it! Livid, Kourt decided to fly back to LA to bust up Kim's plans. Lucky for Scott, he already had an appearance planned so that got him out of having to fly back with her and gave him an opportunity to party in the Hamptons. Yea - that was as bad an idea as it sounded. 

Kourt confronted Kim in LA, but backed down once she realized Kim was just frustrated at not having her own home to have North's party at. The party went on and Kourt was glad she was there for it. Meanwhile in The Hamptons, things were going quite so smoothly. Scott drank a ton of alcohol and some unidentified pills and was wasted OUT OF HIS MIND. So badly that he felt like he needed to go to the hospital. After that whole episode, Scott realized himself that he needed help, but was still reluctant to go to rehab because he didn't want to be away from his children. Kourney helped make the decision for him:  'you can't worry about being away from everyone because you're either going to be way for a month be away from them forever." Well then...guess Scott is going to rehab!
