All-New Two Part Reunion Special Hosted by E!’s Maria Menounos Rejoins Dr. Paul Nassif and Dr. Terry Dubrow with Some of Their Most Botched Patients from Season One
It seems that it is not only the Housewives Franchise having reunions these days with E! bringing back Botched patients and doctors for a “Where are they now? two part special airing October 26 and 27 at 10 pm ET/PT.
Is it a little ironic that it is Halloween week when we revisit some horror stories of Plastic Surgery gone wrong?
Season one of “Botched” saw some of the nation’s worst plastic surgery disasters from lopsided facelifts, shockingly bad boob and nose jobs to devastating tummy tucks and life threatening butt lifts. Part one of the reunion airing Sunday, October 26 at 10:00pm will feature the self-proclaimed “world’s first supermodel” Janice Dickinson, the human doll Justin Jedlica, triple L breast model Lacey Wildd, celebrity look-a-like Toby Sheldon and transsexual superstar Kimber James.
Part two airing Monday, October 27 at 10:00pm will showcase Michelle Blackwell who received her 7th rhinoplasty on season one, transsexual cult performer Glamorous Monique, Tijuana tummy tuck disaster Desiree White and Alicia Jenkins who was suffering from a life-ruining uniboob. We check back in with them a few months after their sometimes life saving surgeries and see how their lives have changed for the better and what they look like now!
In this two part reunion special hosted by E!’s Maria Menounos, Doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow reunite to look back at the nationwide success of the first season of “Botched” and welcome some of their most outrageous patients like Janice Dickinson, Kimber James, Alicia Jenkins, Desiree White, Carolyn Murphy (Desiree’s Mom), Glamorous Monique, Lacey Wildd, Justin Jedlica, Michelle Blackwell and Toby Sheldon, who stop by to open up about their life changing experiences on the show and unbelievable surgical transformations.
With Season 2 casting just finalized (Reality Wanted actually placed more than one person set to appear in the new series) and shooting just about to begin this is no doubt a special designed to remind us how good this show was and prep us to watch the next run.
Boobs, butts and belly lifts feature heavily in this series and there is a mild element of train wreck TV where you just can’t stop watching even though it’s kind of horrific seeing some terrible surgical outcomes that leave you wondering how some people manage to do that to patients and keep their license. The upside is these very competent surgeons fix these “horrible jobs” and even though there is one part freak show with some of their guests, there is just enough feel good happy ending life changing stories to leave you feeling more satisfied than dirty for having watched it.
