Last week, on The Real World Portland, some of the roomies decide to bond over a trip to... where else? An adult store. Johnny seems to be getting more comfortable with the items being sold at such a place and he better, because it's clear Averey is right at home there. Back at the loft, Nia learns the hard way that you probably shouldn't shove things in places they don't belong and we'll just leave it at that.

Speaking of Nia, can someone please tell me why she ever took a job at Pizza Schmizza? I don't think she was that hard up for money and she's not that close with anybody in the house. Most importantly, she seems to have absolutely no desire to work and is always outside smoking and talking to Marlon when her boss is looking for. After being sent home early, Nia is supposedly taken off the schedule but there's confusion over whether she was fired or quit. Refusing to just walk away from the job and move on with her life, Nia shows up at Pizza Schmizza to rip into her boss and try to embarrass her on national television. Way to leave on a classy note, Nia.

Not satisfied with stirring the pot at work, Nia convinces Jessica that she should confront Averey and Anastasia, who have been leaving her out of their plans lately. The twosome seem to have no interest at all in hanging out with Nia or Jessica, but only one of them is upset about it. During a night at the club, Averey catches the girls talking about her in the bathroom, which leads to a confrontation. When Nia blocks the door and won't let Averey out, the situation takes a turn for the worse.

Averey runs to Johnny to tell him what happened, and he screams at Jessica the entire way home, calling her fat and making her cry. Back at the house, Nia steps up to Johnny and tells him that he's just acting this way because he's overcompensating. Averey cuddles up with him afterwards to calm him down and tells him there's nothing to overcompensate for. If you think the fighting is about to subside, just wait until Ana's boyfriend arrives from back home!
