As you probably know, on Vanderpump Rules, the staff at Sur don't plan on staying servers and bartenders forever. Each one is hoping to become a steadily working, successful actor, model, singer, what have you. Perhaps the best part about working at Sur is how supportive Lisa Vanderpump is of her staff. As Kristen tell us, Lisa wishes nothing but the best for them... well, so long as they don't cross her.

During a meeting with Sur's publicist, Melanie, Ken reveals that security walked into the VIP bathroom and saw Jax and Laura-Leigh having sex! During their shift! Lisa springs right into action, calling the pair into a meeting. They both play dumb and look at each other incredulously, pretending to be shocked that they even have to have this conversation. After sending Laura-Leigh away, Lisa promises to fire Jax if she can prove that he got it on during his shift. Thankfully for him, I'm fairly certain there's no video footage in bathrooms allowed.  You win this time, Jax.

Having not spoken since Vegas, Katie heads to Stassi's, armed with wine. Smart lady. The two talk things out, with a lot of tears throughout, and make amends. After all, it's not that Katie wasn't siding with Stassi. She was just looking out for her, and for good reason too.

It seems good old Frank has been mouthing off to Sur customers, and Peter has caught wind of it. He reports it to Lisa, who calls him into a meeting before he planned to meet up with Stassi's parents. Apparently, Frank was not only double charging customers, but throwing them an attitude and threatening them when they questioned it. This one is an easy decision for Lisa. Frank is fired, and he doesn't seem too broken about it. As he tells Stassi, he's got a real estate business... sort of... that he can't explain all that well. But he has a business, okay?!

Over lunch, Stassi's parents seem to take to Frank pretty well but then again, they had been drinking vodka since breakfast. Those alcohol goggles were in such full effect that they didn't even care much that he had been fired for treating customers poorly. It's too bad they didn't exude more caution towards Stassi because later that day, he turns on her, saying he's not her personal assistant. It seems when you do nice things for someone, supposedly out of the goodness of your heart, you're their assistant. Stassi storms out of the apartment over the attitude he trows her and the fight continues out in the streets. It seems these two are done, which I think we're all just fine with.
