After hours of pain and emotions, Snooki and Jioni finally welcomed their son Lorenzo into the world. I can tell their baby is definitely going to have a lot of love surrounding him, because everyone got emotional when he was born. Snooki's father was outside listening while she pushed, and as soon as he heard him cry he dissolved into a puddle of tears. Even Jenni shed some tears while she was watching him from the nursery window. I have to admit, he's one of the cutest babies I've ever seen. 

 

After all the emotions died down, it was time for Snooki and Jioni to start learning how to parent. As Jioni so eloquently put it "part of being a good parent is knowing what you know and what you don't know. I don't know nothing about newborns. Nothing!" Even though they didn't know much, they utilized the nurse to ask many questions and seemed to figure the rest out. Even though they are doing great, the episode wasn't without its share of new parent comedy.

 

Some hilarious moments:

 

Snooki admits that she loves the smell of her baby's farts and poop.

Snooki wanted to scrapbook his freshly cut foreskin. 

Jioni asked if he could put hairspray or gel to style Lorenzo's hair. 

Jioni asked if Snooki eats chocolate, would she produce chocolate milk. LOLz

 

Finally it was time to take baby Lorenzo home, and the new parents were excited to embark on a series of firsts with their baby. Since Snooki went into labor early, they didn't have a chance to put the baby's room together, but Jioni's mom handled all that for them.  She organized bottles and a changing station and set them all up. Jenni brought them a cradle for the baby until his crib arrived and left Snooki a note with a necklace. So sweet! 

 

Now that they got to see baby Lorenzo, Jenni and Roger headed up to Maine to visit Roger's father, who recently had quadruple bypass surgery. Although JWOWW planned to bring some hootchie outfits, Roger busted her bubble when he informed her that there weren't any clubs and was only one restaurant. Before they left, they had to deal with some pesky problems. Literally. Roger discovered a mouse and roaches in their kitchen! Gross! 

 

Once they escaped their house of pests, they got on the road to Maine. According to Roger, they encountered another creature when they ran over  skunk on the road, but Jenni says it smelled like fart, not skunk. I think Roger was blowing it up! 

 

When they arrived in Maine, Roger was ecstatic to see his family since he doesn't get to go home much. But when everyone started teaming up to pressure Roger to pop the question already, I bet he wished he was somewhere else! Jenni seems confident in the fact that they will get married and have children, she's just really impatient and wants it to happen now. 

 

 

Well, the little meatball is here, and as Snooki put it, now what? Stay tuned to see how the new parents make out now that their baby is home!
