Alison Sweeney of The Biggest Loser Challenge America

by Gina Scarpa

No sooner did last week's elimination on The Biggest Loser end that the trainers and Alison show up at the house to let them know that Bob, Jillian, and Dolvett will be leaving. They'll be paying a visit to the kids at their homes, leaving the contestants to fend for themselves in the gym. While that strikes fear in the hearts of just about each and every one of them, the truth is that if they're going to be successful back in the real world, they need to be able to stay motivated and take care of themselves.

The trainers have mixed experiences when they check in with the kids. Bob heads to Maryland to see Biingo, and finds out that his mom has been motivated by his journey and has lost 27 pounds herself! Their fridge is filled with way healthier foods, too. In New York, Jillian talks to Sunny about the extreme stress and pressure she feels because of the amount she takes on. It's going to be a journey for her to become the person that she truly wants to be. And over in California, Dolvett is happy to see that Lindsay and her family are living a way more active lifestyle. The highlight of the hometown visits was definitely Dolvett participating in a cheerleading workout!

It turns out that being without the trainers is harder than the contestants expected. Nobody is cracking the whip the way those three can and with nobody watching, they apparently don't see too much of an issue with slacking. They're going to wish that they trained a little harder because this week's challenge is a 5K. The winning team gets $15,000 to split between them so the best odds for making some cash lie with Danni and Pam - and they end up finishing with the fastest cumulative time. In fact, Danni finishes first and Pam finishes third overall. Jillian is going to be so proud.

The trainers arrive only time for a last chance workout before the weigh-in, and face some people that truly aren't pulling their weight. Only Jillian seems to be happy with her team, and the blue team in particular looks like they have nothing left. The scale will tell the tale! Here are the numbers from this week:

Blue Team
Michael: -12
David: -9
Alex: -4
Gina: -9
Jeff: -6
TOTAL: -40 (2.75%)

Red Team
Joe: -7
Francelina: -6
Lisa: -9
Jackson: -12
TOTAL: -34 (3.16%)

White Team
Danni: -6
Pam: -3

TOTAL: -9 (2.05%)

Because the white team lost the weigh-in, Pam automatically went home, leaving Danni as the sole member of Jillian's white team.  What do you think of her chances going forward?
