Last week on Hell's Kitchen, they left us all wondering who would make the final two. Barbie was eliminated, but we were left with Dana, Christina and Justin. One more will go home before we start the final dinner service, but who will that chef be???

 

Despite Chef Ramsay saying he could see both of them in Hell's Kitchen final, he must send one more chef home. The first person in the finals is Christina! That leaves us with Justin and Dana. The one spot left goes to Justin, so Dana is headed home.

 

Chef Ramsay said the next 48 hours are crucial for them and they must start preparing the menu of four appetizers and four entrees for the final dinner service. The chefs stay up late working on their menus, but both wake up early to get things started. They get a call from Chef Ramsay to meet him in his office.

 

He tells them they must meet with their sous chefs today and get everything planned, but he said Chef Andi and Chef Scott are not there, but are waiting for them. Yeah, they are waiting for them poolside in Las Vegas! They will be having a day of relaxation and meeting with their sous chefs in their private cabana in Vegas!

 

On the private jet to Vegas, Christina and Justin get some private time with Chef Ramsay and reminisce about their journeys. Chef Ramsay gives them their final jackets to wear for the final dinner service. They arrive in Vegas and get their massages started before Chef Andi and Chef Scott arrive.

 

They get some advice from Chef Scott and Chef Andi on their final menus and what to do and what not to go. After their meetings are done, they get to have some lunch and Chef Ramsay surprised them with their families and loved ones! They each enjoy the meals and get to reboot themselves before the big dinner service tomorrow.

 

The chefs and their families now head off to a Penn & Teller show in Vegas. Both of them are enjoying the relaxing time, but both know that it can't be that easy and something else must be planned to surprise them. As they cut someone in half, Chef Ramsay pops out of the trick and then calls up Christina and Justin up to the stage for their final challenge, which they are both freaking out over!

 

For the final challenge, they will be judged on five dishes! They must create their own take on dishes that could appear on a Chef Ramsay menu: a salad, a seafood appetizer, a ribeye, a filet and a fish entrée. Christina said she is trying to keep it simple, but Justin said that is not him and he likes going balls to the wall! The both rush to get everything completed as the time runs out. They head back to the stage and see who wins the challenge.

 

For the salad, the judge will be Chef Francois Payard. For Justin, he said it is very fresh salad and good for summer. For Christina, he said very nice and very simple, maybe too much vinegar. Justin wins the salad. To judge the seafood appetizer is Chef Michael Richard. For Christina, he said he hates cilantro, but she is a great chef. For Justin, he said this is delicious. Justin wins the seafood appetizer, so he is up 2-0.To judge the fish entrée is Chef Julian Serrano. For Christina, he said it is nice and flaky and very good balance. For Justin, he said it tastes good, but fish is a little overcooked. Christina wins the fish entrée and Justin now leads 2-1.

 

To judge the ribeye is Chef Stuart Gillies. For Christina, he said nice and visually good and what you want to see when you go to a steakhouse. For Justin, he said cooking is good and the combination is good and well done. Christina wins the ribeye and it is now tied 2-2 (shocker). The last dish (filet) is judged by Chef Wolfgang Puck. For Justin, he said good char and he likes it. For Christina, he said not bad and mmm and both did a fantastic job. After some drama to find out the winner, he said he would go with Justin on presentation and Christina for the taste, so he has to go with taste and he picks Christina!

 

Chef Ramsay sends them on their way and then meets them at the private jet for one last thing before going back to Hell's Kitchen. They must first pick their brigade. They have to choose between: Dana, Clemenza, Brian, Robyn, Patrick, Barbie, Kimmie and Royce. Christina won challenge, so she gets to pick first. She chooses Dana, Patrick, Kimmie and Robyn. Justin picks Barbie, Brian, Royce and Clemenza. Clemenza is not happy to be picked last, so we shall see how he acts during dinner service.

 

The chefs head back to Hell's Kitchen and get down to business planning and getting things together for the final dinner service. Dana thinks Christina's menu is going to be a lot of work. Kimmie is worried about the size of the meat she ordered. For Justin, he is going over the menu and Clemenza keeps asking him what he is saying...focus Clemenza, who is now yawning! They start arguing and Clemenza is over it and said he is done and starts walking out and it ends until next week!
