With only five chefs left in Hell's Kitchen, things are about to get real. The previews, however, show one person coming back that will flip the game upside down. Who could it be? Read on to find out and to see if Barbie's plan to align herself with Clemenza works out!

 

The chefs walk back from Hell's Kitchen and are ecstatic that Robyn is finally gone, but they know they have to step it up with only five chefs left. They head down the next morning to find out today's challenge. It is all about comfort food, which Chef Ramsay says is Chicken Parmesan. He cooks up some chicken parmesan. The challenge is to produce an exact duplicate of chicken parmesan, but they won't be making it, they will be teaching it. Their students are: Kamie Crawford, Miss Teen USA 2010, Stevi Perry, Miss Teen USA 2008, Hilary Cruz, Miss Teen USA 2007, Katie Blair, Miss Teen USA 2006 and Allie LaForce, Miss Teen USA 2005.

 

The chefs are paired with one of the Miss Teens and they must teach them how to recreate the dish and are not allowed to touch anything in the kitchen. The pageant girls had to cut a whole chicken. Most teams are preparing their sauce and getting the chicken breaded, but Barbie and her partner are still dicing an onion. Despite running late, they get it done and time for Chef Ramsay to check it out.

 

Up first is Christina and he said the chicken is cooked perfectly, but would have liked to see more sauce. Justin is next and Chef Ramsay said the sauce is delicious, but the chicken is slightly too thick. Dana is next and he said it is visually beautiful and the mozzarella gets in the way, but sauce is good. Barbie is next and Chef Ramsay said it is beautiful and delicious and sauce is perfect. Clemenza is last and Chef Ramsay said the chicken is cooked perfectly, but the marinara is too chunky. Chef Ramsay asked to taste Dana and Barbie's dish one more time. He said it is so tough.

 

And the winner is...Barbie. They may have been slow, but she got it perfect and she says she knows she is a good leader. For winning, Chef Ramsay has arranged for an Italian-inspired day with a lunch and then kayaking in the Venice Canals. She will be riding in Chef Ramsay's convertible for the day. She gets to take one person with her and she chooses Justin. Tomorrow night will be Italian night in Hell's Kitchen, so the other chefs must prep for that. The losing chefs think Barbie is trying to form an alliance with Justin.

 

Justin and Barbie head out for their day and Barbie decided to let the girls come out too...her boobies are popping out in that dress she is wearing. The losing chefs are sick of making pasta and think it will never end, as Justin and Barbie get back from their day. Justin heads up to their dorm and cooks them dinner, since he feels bad for them. He makes pasta, which none of them want and Clemenza spits it out and says it is not done.

 

It is time to prep for dinner service and Clemenza pounds the chicken so big that Chef Scott doesn't even know what to do with them. Now Dana doesn't have enough chicken for service, so she must cut some of them in half, which means double the work. James opens Hell's Kitchen and dinner service has begun for Italian Night. Chef Ramsay sends back the first appetizers and Clemenza can't remember the order, which Christina has to help him with. Barbie then offers him help. Clemenza sends up the flatbread and they are perfect. Chef Ramsay said he doesn't know how he can send out perfect flatbread in such a mess. Barbie then sends up risotto and it is perfect and the apps start going out.

 

She doesn't keep that track going because she sends up risotto and Chef Ramsay sends it back. She sends up some more and Chef Ramsay sends it back again and said they are cooking like idiots. Clemenza tries to take over the risotto and Barbie yells at him to send up the risotto, even though he doesn't want to. She keeps yelling and Clemenza says fuck it and takes it up. Of course, Chef Ramsay sends it back and goes off on everyone. Clemenza is feeling the pressure because he is the Italian guy and struggling so far, even though that was Barbie's fault.

 

It is 45 minutes into Italian night and Barbie's poor performance on the risotto has the kitchen in the toilet. He said one more pan of risotto like that and she should just walk out of the kitchen. She tries again and it is excellent...fourth time is the charm? The chefs have 1/3 of their apps served and move on to their first entrée. Dana has hundred orders of filets coming back and she is overwhelmed and burns some of the filets. With things going out of control, he looks to Justin to take the reins. Dana sends up the first entrée and they are excellent and the entrees are heading out of Hell's Kitchen.

 

Christina is on garnish, Justin on fish and Dana on meat and they are trying to get the second half of the dinner service to go smoothly. Dana brings up the meat, but Christina burnt the garnish and it gets sent back. She redeems herself with the second attempt. Clemenza and Barbie are one table away from finishing the apps. He makes a bet with them of $100 that they can't get it right. He was correct, as Barbie sends up a bad dish and he calls her a stupid idiot. A little too harsh? He tells her he begs her to quit.

 

She goes back and finally gets the last app sent out. The entrees follow right afterwards and the chefs complete the dinner service. Chef Ramsay said they were way off the mark tonight and on the verge of embarrassment. He sends them back to the dorm and they must come up with one person they think should go home. Christina is upset at herself for screwing up, even though she never screws up. Clemenza and Brian talk and Clemenza said he thinks Barbie was the worst one tonight. Dana and Christina chat and Dana wants Barbie gone because of the past history for her.

 

The chefs all meet and Barbie votes for Clemenza and Clemenza votes for Barbie. Justin said they both bombed tonight, but Clemenza is a mess. The chefs head back to Hell's Kitchen to say who they nominated tonight. They come back and Justin tells Chef Ramsay that they haven't come up with a decision tonight. Dana said it was between Clemenza and Barbie, so Chef Ramsay said he wants to hear from both of them. He thinks Barbie has no leadership abilities, but then he tells Clemenza this is his seventh time in front of him. They argue it out and fight to stay in the competition, but Chef Ramsay sends Clemenza homes and tells him he is not ready for Hell's Kitchen. Barbie gets sent back in line.

 

It ends with the chefs in their dorms and shocked when they see someone come in and we won't believe who Chef Ramsay allows in Hell's Kitchen, but who is it???

 

Hell's Kitchen airs on Mondays at 9/8c on FOX.
