Big Brother 14

The Silent Six is (hopefully) in full effect on Big Brother, with Frank as the reigning HOH this week. Much as I love the idea of this super alliance, I have a hard time believing Frank and Boogie are going stay loyal. Then again, where else are they going right now except back on the block if they pull a shady move this week? They start toying with the idea of putting up one of their own as a pawn against Joe on the block but nobody is going to volunteer for that, especially Dan. Never mind the fact that pawns go home - Dan has won this game before. That could be way too enticing to the houseguests come Thursday night.

Joe is having a hard time keeping his blood pressure under control since Janelle's eviction. After all, he was the only vote to keep her. Woops, looks like somebody didn't pay attention to ALL THE OBVIOUS SIGNS THAT SHE WAS LEAVING. Now, he's basically on his own and trying to pull Wil and Ashley in (who don't seem that interested). Joe continues to yell WWE style in the Diary Room about revenge and saying things like, "If it's the last thing I do!!" Again I say, you're not going to do anything.

In the backyard, we get our first official Have/Have Not competition. Dressed as lemons and limes, teams dive into pools of citrus juice, then squeeze it all out to fill bottles of the opposing players. This must be Big Brother's favorite competition and understandably so. It is absolutely hilarious to watch them jump all over each other, though Ian wished the injured Ashley was the squeezer of the juice, instead of Frank, who filled in. Not exactly a fair trade off, in his eyes.

Ian's team ends up winning though and for the first time, he's not a Have Not. I can't tell if he's actually happy about that or not. Britney, Danielle, Shane, and Joe will be taking cold showers and dining on slop, candy canes, and cod this week. America is being pretty damn nice this season if you ask me. I'd be completely happy with cod for the week. It's filling, it's got protein, and it's pretty tasty!

Up in the HOH room, Boogie is having a hard time convincing Frank not to nominate Dan. If they lose the truth of the alliance, they'll absolutely be on the block together the following week unless Boogie's in power. It's not the right time for a move like that. Frank ends up listening and at the nomination ceremony, puts Wil and Joe against one another. Well, Wil DID (supposedly) give the impression to Frank and Boogie earlier that he was cocky. I didn't really see it but whatever...
