Two of Jersey's biggest Divas (Gia and Melissa) were preparing to perform at Beat Stock, the big NJ concert. At rehearsals, Teresa questioned Gia on where she got her talent, and Gia replied "my aunt". I bet the poor kid didn't get any dessert that night. Ha! Gia ROCKED her performance, that kid definitely has a future in dancing and Melissa performance was pretty good as well.

The Manzos headed to the Fancy Food Festival to promote both Blk and the sauce from the Brownstone. Chris and Albie revealed that everyone is taking a huge risk with Blk and they haven't yet turned a profit. When I first heard of the product I was wondering how it was going to fare. When people think of water, they think of clear, or at least lightly hued, so it's an adjustment to drink black water. I see it in my local grocery store, but there are only a few bottles and I can't bring myself to try it yet.

On the way to the festival, the Manzo boys and their friends wanted to have fun, but Chris kept warning them they this was a business trip and they needed to take it seriously. They make have gotten their big break when Patti Labelle, who was at the festival hocking her hot sauce, loved their water thanks to Greg who had an instant connection with the mega star.

Kathy toyed with the idea of cooking/baking professionally again, and she brought Rich along to the Gelato place where she was going to have a tasting. He felt that he had to put his two cents in, but she wanted to handle this business venture on her own. From the way her treats look, I may take a trip down to Jersey just to get come, yumm!

It appears that the rumors that Teresa and Joe lead separate lives may be true. When Teresa was looking for Joe, Milania said that "Daddy was in his room" and not Teresa's. Very interesting....

Both Melissa and Teresa seem to think they are on good terms, but we have yet to see if that will last the season. Once thing is for certain, once Melissa views this episode, she will not be happy about Joe and Teresa allowing Gia and Milania to mock her singing. Joe was actually laughing. They are learning how to be two-faced like Teresa, because when they saw Melissa at Beatstock, they both ran to her and gave her big hugs. Sad...
