Hell's Kitchen Season 10

by Todd Betzold

Two episodes in row of Hell's Kitchen have ended with the most hated words in TV history pop up on the screen: "To Be Continued." Tonight, we get to see part two of the Fashion Night in Hell's Kitchen. Will the models walking the runway distract the Blue Team or can they hold it together for a victory?

The models are getting ready for the runway, no diners in the dining room and Clemenza tries to get a head start on the scallops and starts frying up some earlier. Chef Ramsay goes off on him, but he just wasted four scallops and remains in the kitchen. There will be three runway shows tonight during dinner service. After each runway show, the chefs must be ready to send out the next course. To ensure that all dishes get out on time, Royce for the Blue Team and Kimmie for the Red Team will help with plating.

Part One of the fashion show begins, so the chefs get ready to start cooking and sending out the appetizers. Tiffany and Barbie are fighting over the scallops and send out raw scallops, which are Tiffany's station, but she doesn't step up when Chef Ramsay asks who sent out the raw scallops. Meanwhile, the Chef Ramsay gives a huge order of scallops for Clemenza to take on. Back to the Red Team and Tiffany sends out perfect scallops, so the Red Team gets rolling on the appetizers. Christina and Dana work on appetizers and Robyn tries to help, but Christina keeps telling her they don't need help.

They are waiting on the second part of the runway show to begin, but in order to do that they must finish the appetizers, so Clemenza must get out the 16 orders of scallops. He, of course, sends up raw scallops and everyone is getting antsy to get the runway show started. The Red Team is done with appetizers, but Blue Team is still struggling with the scallops. Brian decides to help Clemenza out with the scallops and they finish the appetizers and they get sent out to the guests.

Part Two of the fashion show starts and the chefs are getting ready to start the entrees and get them sent out. Guy, who is determined not to let the models distract him, tunes out and lets the steak burn and pan start on fire...good job! Runway show done and Robyn cooks perfect beef and they get their entrees headed out to the dining room. Clemenza is working on swordfish for the Blue Team and sends up overcooked fish, so it gets sent back again. Clemenza is sucking it up tonight during dinner service. Clemenza gets the fish right and they start sending out entrees.

Meanwhile, Robyn overcooks two of the beef and the Red Team has no extra. Robyn tries to get some of the other chefs to go over to the Blue Team's kitchen and get two beef, but none of them will go over there. Christina eventually tries to go over there, but is afraid of Chef Ramsay and comes back unsuccessful. Chef Ramsay keeps asking Robyn where the two beef are, but she has none to cook or send up to him.

The models are ready for the last runway show, but Chef Ramsay says they can't go out until all entrees are served. Chef Ramsay tells Robyn that she must go out and ask the diners if they would take something else besides beef and they go with pigeon...crisis adverted. Meanwhile, Tiffany is on the swordfish station and she has Christina helping her cook them. They get sent up cold and Chef Ramsay sends it back and asks who cooked them and Tiffany doesn't stand up for it, yet again. She keeps throwing the blame on everyone else, but it is her station...own up girl!

Kimmie gets all the entrees plated and the Red Team has sent out all their entrees. The Blue Team is finishing up their entrees, as Royce is busy plating them. He uses a dirty cloth to wipe off the plates and Chef Ramsay calls him out on it and tells him to sit down. He brings him back later and Royce is able to finish up the entrees for the Blue Team.

So, all entrees are served, Part Three of the fashion show is complete and then Chef Ramsay finds a tray of swordfish that have been somewhat cooked. He asks Clemenza what he did with this. There are 11 extra fish on a tray and Clemenza claims Royce told him 18 and Royce denies it.

After the fashion night is complete in Hell's Kitchen, Chef Ramsay announces the winner of the dinner service. The winning team tonight is the Red Team, so the Blue Team must send up two chefs for elimination. The women are happy they get to avoid elimination, but the men have to deal with it and they start discussing things. Clemenza is the first person named because of his errors with the scallops. Clemenza feels he had half the dinner service on his shoulders and he shouldn't be nominated, but majority rules and he is first nominee. The other votes are going between Guy and Brian, who is pissed because he feels he was helping Clemenza out and helped the team.

The Blue Team comes back to Hell's Kitchen and tell Chef Ramsay there nominees for tonight. They will be Clemenza (because of his fish station hiccups) and Guy (held them back twice). They step forward and get to say why they should remain in Hell's Kitchen. They state their opinions and then Chef Ramsay asks all the other chefs on the Blue Team and they all say Clemenza should be going home. Chef Ramsay said Clemenza had a bad night, but is he done? Clemenza gets sent back in line and Guy goes home.
