Carole organized a brunch for the girls, so everyone headed downtown. When Aviva found out that they were planning on going to a rooftop bar, she became afraid and had to have her husband Reid come meet her. During this episode it became clear just how dependent she was on her husband. I'm all for a close relationship between a husband and a wife, but this one seems to be bordering on unhealthy.
When the girls found out that Reid doesn't wear a wedding ring, they immediately jumped all over him until they realized that it was Aviva's idea. She had a whole theory where single women will target married men because they are unattainable, but after that evening she decided to buy him a wedding band for their anniversary.
The girls dubbed Steven Tyler as Carole's drag queen. Now I realize why she looks so familiar!! She really does resemble him.
Sonja decided she wanted to start her own event planning business so she went to Heather and Ramona for advice since they both run successful businesses. She seems to be the type of person that tries many different types of businesses. They mentioned that she tried out the movie industry, and she is currently working on a toaster oven.
All this talk about Aviva's ex husband and his sexual dalliances had me wondering who exactly is Harry Dubin? I used my trusty friend Google and found out that he is worth 15 million, is a real estate investor and a ladies man. I wasn't too impressed by his looks, but I guess money and confidence can go a long way.
LuAnne informed her daughter that she was planning on having another baby and her daughter questioned what everyone was thinking: how?
Heather was in need of a girl's weekend so she decided to mix business with pleasure and have Aviva, Sonja and Carole meet her in London while she will be working. When Aviva mentioned it to Ramona, she seemed annoyed that she wasn't invited.
Ramona randomly decided to apologize to Heather for not giving her the proper reaction when she talked about her father's death. I'm pretty sure she was just fishing for an invitation to the trip.
I can't wait to see what the ladies of the Big Apple bring us next week!
