Even though the judges used the save last week on American Idol, there will still be only one singer sent home tonight...thanks to Jermaine Jones...and after a jam-packed night of performances last night and the drama-filled bottom three last week, this should be interesting.

Tonight gets kicked off with a performance from the Top 7 and then take a look at their Ford music video before we get to some results...up first: Joshua Ledet and Hollie Cavanagh (I picked them both to be in the bottom three, so this isn't looking good for me). Jimmy said Hollie took a big step this week, but not enough to get her out of the bottom three and Joshua could be in the finale. Joshua is safe...Hollie is first one in bottom three tonight.

We get to see Season 8 winner, Kris Allen, as he hits the stage to promote his upcoming new album...and we got a look at Season 5 winner, Taylor Hicks, as he was in the crowd and told Ryan he would be doing shows in Vegas this summer...Idols working it.

Now back to the results: Skylar Laine and Elise Testone. Jimmy said Elise will be in bottom three and possibly be going home and Skylar keeps getting better and better every week and the best singer they have. Skylar is safe...Elise joins Hollie in the bottom three tonight.

They do a little tribute to Dick Clark, who passed away yesterday, and then we get to see a performance by LMFAO. Now time for the results for the last three singers: Colton Dixon, Phillip Phillips and Jessica Sanchez...oh boy, it may be Colton in bottom three. Jimmy said Jessica needs to sing songs appropriate for her age, Phillip should be in the finals and Colton needs to regroup if he wants to get to the finals. Jessica is safe (duh...do we think it was staged last week)...Phillip is safe...Colton is in bottom three.

So, it will be Colton, Elise or Hollie going home tonight. Ryan pulls Elise to the side and said it's been a rough week with the news on her dog and it's going to be rough tonight as she has to watch one of her friends go home...she is safe. Now it is Colton or Hollie...I think Hollie is finally getting the boot. And the person going home tonight is....Colton! Oh my god...this show is ticking me off!
