The quarterfinals have hit The Voice tonight, which means we are getting closer to the finals and an eventual winner.

So, tonight it will be the final four artists from Team Christina and Team Blake competing to move on to the semifinals. After all the artists perform, Blake and Christina will have to do an instant elimination...they must send one of their singers home tonight! We will also have performances from Christina and her team, Blake and his team and Adam Levine joining Maroon 5 and Wiz Khalifa as they sing their new single, "Payphone."

RaeLynn (Team Blake) - "She's Country" by Jason Aldean
I love this girl...she has so much sass on that stage and it is so enjoyable to watch. She sings it well and makes you want to get up there and dance with her. Christina said she is a fan and makes her wants to sing country...she is a badass. Cee Lo says it is the best performance you have done...it was rockin'. Blake said this is the most proud moment he's had this season of anyone on his team...she just proved to America that country can kick ass.

Jesse Campbell (Team Christina) - "Halo" by Beyonce
Seeing the rehearsal, I don't think I will like this...it's tough to take on the divas and he is going to try to take on Beyonce. This started rough for me, but he kicked it in towards the end...he hits a note that was amazing, but I was missing some emotion from the song. Cee Lo thought it was amazing. Adam said he wasn't feeling the song choice until it kicked in...you're a huge favor to win this. Christina said on an emotional level he brought it tonight.

Jordis Unga (Team Blake) - "A Little Bit Stronger" by Sara Evans
The emotion I didn't feel when Jesse sang was brought to the stage by Jordis. She did a great job and showed lots of emotions. I liked the runs she had...great job. Christina likes the more intimate, vulnerable side to you. Adam said it's amazing to see her so emotional and that connection to the song. Blake said he is proud of her for doing that because it is opposite of what we know of Jordis...you did perfect.

Now it is time for Christina to join her team on the stage as they sing her song, "Fighter." So, she is barely wearing any clothes and the fact she has looked skinnier when she shows off her body in that leotard we can see she has some junk in that trunk and shows how she can't move in heels anymore...another Britney losing her dance moves? Christina starts out with some half-naked male dancers that dance on Blake to pay him back for always complaining about them...it was funny. They did good as a team and it was enjoyable.

Ashley De La Rosa (Team Christina) - "Foolish Games" by Jewel
She brings out the emotion as well. It was rough in spots, but she also hits an amazing note in the middle...I like her more and more each week and loved her in the team performance. Cee Lo said he enjoyed the performance...it was great. Adam said she is the biggest surprise to him...you're consistently showing me why Christina chose you. Blake said it is amazing seeing you progress...you can see it week to week. Christina said she truly made that song her own...you really nailed it.

Time for the premiere of Maroon 5's new single, "Payphone," featuring Wiz Khalifa...it's alright. It may grow on me, but it was just decent right now.

Erin Willett (Team Blake) - "Set Fire To The Rain" by Adele
So, Team Blake is bringing it tonight. I fell in love with Erin way back at blind auditions and she keeps that love growing stronger. She took on Adele and did it well...good job girl. Christina said she sang her heart out...you made it something special. Cee Lo said you did the song a great justice. Adam said the pitch was amazing, but the phrasing was off a little. Blake said she was excited for her to do an Adele song...you can do that. I think you'll find that America will agree...that was amazing.

Lindsey Pavao (Team Christina) - "Part Of Me" by Katy Perry
She switched from a Rihanna medley to this Katy Perry song...maybe the less practice hurt her or that this song is so common and Lindsey kind of looks like Katy, but I did not enjoy this song as much as I have loved her in the past. She seemed too nervous singing it. She takes songs and makes them her own, but this sounded too much like Katy Perry's version. Cee Lo said he enjoyed it...loved the staging. Adam said there were a couple powerful notes that did get pitchy, but it was great. Blake said he heard the pitch thing too, but I'm already a fan and I think that is the case with America. Christina said I see you grow each and every week and I love that.

Time for Blake and his team to take the stage...they sing "Heartache Tonight" by the Eagles. This was much more calm version compared to Christina's, but it also showed off his team more than Blake and I love that about Blake...he wants these people to succeed...it was fun to see.

Jermaine Paul (Team Blake) - "Against All Odds" by Phil Collins
Blake is going to have it rough tonight...all four members of his team brought it and brought it big time. Jermaine showed so many emotions during this performance and sang it beautifully...I loved the song choice...this guy is a star. Christina thinks he is a phenomenal singer...I think you are my favorite on Blake's team. Cee Lo said you made it your own and you gave it soul. Adam said it is hard to make a song like that your own and you did. Blake said someday you are going to look back at this performance and say that is when things changed for me...America is going to say you are a superstar.

Chris Mann (Team Christina) - "Viva La Vida" by Coldplay
It was enjoyable...I did want to see a little more from him, but he can sing that is for sure. I want to see some opera though worked into the rendition. Adam said he wanted to be moved in an opera-type singer way...not sure how he feels...I want to see you sing opera. Christina said you stepped out of your comfort zone and I praise you for that...you made it your own and you keep showing growth as well.

Now it is time for the instant elimination...Team Christina is up first. After a long speech (cut her off Carson), Christina will be sending home Jesse Campbell (wow...my jaw just hit the floor)...that is a HUGE shocker. Now time for Team Blake...this one is tough to see since they all did so well tonight. After a short speech since Christina took so much, Blake reverts back to America's vote from two weeks ago and sends Jordis home. So, moving on to tomorrow are Ashley De La Rosa, Lindsey Pavao and Chris Mann for Team Christina and Erin Willett, Jermaine Paul and RaeLynn for Team Blake.

One more artist from each team will go home when The Voice airs tomorrow at 9/8c on NBC.
