Tonight, on The Amazing Race, teams continue on in Switzerland and Zev and Justin are the first to read their clue: "You're heading into the unknown." Teams are headed to the air rescue helicopter port in Zermatt where they sign up for helicopter rides that depart in five minute intervals. They arrive on a mountain next to the Matterhorn and face one of the toughest Detours the show has ever seen!

Teams have to choose between two ways to bring a stranded mountaineer to safety: Search or Rescue. In Search, teams have to locate a training dummy that is buried on the mountain somewhere. In Rescue, teams use a device to rescue a mountaineer by repelling down a crevice to get them. Raise your hand if you'd be scared of an avalanche! Even though repelling is scary as hell, it seems a lot faster than searching a mountainside for a dummy buried underneath the snow.

Repelling pays off for Jen and Kisha, Kent and Vyxsin, and Flight Time and Big Easy. They are the first three teams to finish and move on. Gary and Mallory finish Search before Zev and Justin, who are now in last place. Dig, boys, dig!

Next, teams take their helicopter to a resort and board a train to Le Petit Cervin Hotel to encounter a Road Block. One player must create a Travelocity gnome completely out of chocolate, which looks a lot harder than it sounds... especially when Kent is your partner and talks incessantly at you while you're trying to work. Zev and Justin miraculously arrive while the others are all still working. Drama ensues when someone takes one of Flight Time's molds that he was working on and Big Easy blames Vyxsin.

The finished products are pretty impressive and Vyxsin is the first to finish. On foot, teams have to make their way to a 300 year old Swiss cabin, the pit stop for this leg. Kent and Vyxsin clearly didn't read their clue and jump into a cab. Flight Time and Big Easy go worst to first and win a trip to the Cook Islands. Next to arrive are Jen and Kisha, followed by Kent and Vyxsin. Phil informs them that they've incurred a 30 minute penalty and Kent gets nasty with his girlfriend, blaming her for just about everything.

Gary and Mallory show up next and are officially the third team. Zev and Justin get lost but arrive just in time to be checked in as team number four. They're still in the race! Kent and Vyxsin have seen their last day on the race... and may want to check out some couples therapy when they get home.
