Last night on The Biggest Loser, the teams had to pick captains who would be responsible for motivating the team to workout throughout the week. The Black Team picks Marci, who gets rave reviews. Meanwhile, the Red Team picks Justin who, well, doesn't. All he seems to do is give half-hearted pep talks and talk about how great he's doing. Fantastic leadership there, Justin.

First task for the captains: pick someone to cook for the week. Marci picks Olivia, because she thinks Olivia knows the most about nutrition. Next task: pick only two people to work out with Bob and Jillian for the week. Marci picks Sarah and Hannah, the two who have been lagging the most in their weight loss. Of course, this doesn't go over well with Hannah, who thinks she's doing fine.

Bob and Jillian seem to think otherwise. When Sarah and Hannah get there and tell them what's up, they say Marci made the right decision. Cue more angry Hannah, as she proceeds to sweat it out with the trainers.

Justin's decisions, however, are a little more controversial. He sends Ken and Kaylee to workout with Brett and Cara because he thinks she needs to "heal" more, instead of someone else on the team who might need to lose more weight. Again, great teamwork there.

While Ken can work out with Brett and Cara, he has to be hard at work in the kitchen all week cooking for seven people, since Justin chose him to do the job. His focus: portion control, which seems to be working well. Meanwhile, Olivia is busy cooking up snacks for everyone all the time, not finding the time or the energy to work out.

This week's challenge was basically an obstacle course in mud. Three contestants would each be on a rubber saucer, and they would have a fourth to use to traverse through the mud. At one checkpoint, the team picks up another teammate and saucer, and at a second checkpoint they do the same. Similar to the game we all played at recess when we were 5, touching the ground means you have to start over.

Marci sits out Courtney, shocking the black team since Courtney is such a strong leader. Is the mother really doubting the daughter that much? Scandal. It seems to play in her favor anyway as Black is able to stay on their saucers the entire time, giving them the win and $6,000.

After some intense last-chance workouts (including Cara physically pushing people down on the ground), it's finally time for the weigh-in. The results were as follows:

Red Team
Ken: -9 (-3.15%)
Justin: -8 (-3.05%)
Kaylee: -5 (-2.79%)
Moses: -8 (-2.52%)
Rulon: -8 (-2.29%)
Austin: -6 (-2.08%)
Total: -44

Black Team
Marci: -5 (-2.99%)
Irene: -5 (-2.70%)
Sarah: -4 (-2.06%)
Courtney: -5 (-2.03%)
Hannah: -2 (-1.10%)
Olivia: -2 (-1.05%)
Jen: -1 (-0.52%)
Total: -25

In the elimination room, things got tense for the Black Team because no one wanted to go home. Marci was the only one safe, but she still took heat for being the team leader this week and not getting people worked out enough.

Marci picks Olivia, because she thinks she's going to be the best off at home. Hannah picks Sarah, since she's the odd one out. Jen and Courtney also pick Sarah, pegging her to be the one to leave. Sarah picks Jen, because she thinks she can do it at home, but Olivia seals Sarah's fate.

At home, Sarah has rocked the weight loss. She's lost 92 pounds and going, and she looks great! She rock climbs, she's active, and her husband looks like he's losing weight, too.

The Biggest Loser airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC.
