Hell's Kitchen is down to its final five chefs and each one of them is in Chef Ramsay's sights. It is important that the chefs are on point from here on out if they want to be a contender for the head chef job at LA Market. This week's individual challenge forces each chef to conform to the tastes of a downtown LA lunch crowd.

Each chef had one hour to cook 80 servings of their signature dish which was consumed by the Los Angeles lunch rush. There was a catch. The chefs will have to prepare and serve their dishes out of a food truck. Carnie style. The customers judged each of the five dishes based on taste. The chef whose dish is the favorite will win the challenge. Some of the judges did not just rely on taste to sway the voters. Nona showed some of her southern hospitality as she made sure her customers had a good time in line. Meanwhile, Trev is awestruck by pretty women and tried to flirt his way ahead of the competition.

The chef's dishes are all unique. From Nona's chicken salad and bacon sandwich to Russell's octopus and from Julian's herb chicken to Trev's penne pasta and Gail's skirt steak salad, each chef tried to make the dish that best suited their cooking style. This did not work for all the chefs however. Many of the customers were taken back by Russell's octopus which was evident after 61 percent voted it the worst dish. Meanwhile, Gail's simplistic steak salad struck a chord with the crowd and was voted the best tasting dish of the challenge.

As the winner, Gail was treated to diva treatment. She was first treated to a haircut and makeup makeover and then with a fashion makeover with some of the biggest names in Hollywood. Julian, Nona, Trev and Russell were forced to fix up the outside of Hell's Kitchen and clean the food trucks that were used in the challenge. After they finished the dirty work, the losing chefs went inside to relax. Upon Gail's return, Trev was smitten by her major makeover. After gazing at Gail, all the chefs called it a night.

The next day at dinner service the chefs started out with great communication. Russell eventually had to leave his appetizer station to give Julian a crash course on how to cook scallops. From what we have seen this season, they are not easy things to cook. Shortly after the start of dinner service twelve marines seat themselves at the center table in the Hell's Kitchen dining room. They are greeted with a round of applause. Finally, after 45 minutes of service, some appetizers have started to leave the kitchen as it seems the chefs are starting to pull together. Unfortunately, this was not the case as raw spaghetti and cold beef kept being sent to Ramsay. Now two hours into service, some of the entrees have started leaving the kitchen as the customers are pleased with the taste. Not with the wait.

Individual challenge winner, Gail, begun to shut down communication at the garnish station and her focus started to become lax. Gordy has finally had enough as Trev sent up more cold beef. Chef Ramsay abandoned the kitchen in frustration. You really did it this time chefs. Nonetheless, Nona and Russell took control of the kitchen and pushed the dinner service forward. As Trev still struggled on the meat station the dinner service was basically halted. Just when the ship is beginning to sink, Ramsay returned to the kitchen with an ultimatum - send a mistake and get kicked out of the kitchen.

Ramsay delivered on his promise as Gail sent up raw salmon and Julian tried to serve raw eggs. Both chefs were booted out of the kitchen leaving Nona, Russ, and Trev to successfully complete the dinner service. Extremely disappointed, Chef Ramsay asked the chefs to choose two individuals for elimination. With Trev's continuing struggles and Gail's communication breakdown, the two chefs were easy choices for elimination. However, Gail's inconsistent service caused her to be eliminated from the competition leaving the final four chefs.
