Tonight’s episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey starts with the Joe Giudice/DWI incident that hit the newsstands when Real Housewives of New York was still airing. He was in an accident. Danielle and Danny discuss it, and so do Jacqueline, Chris, Joe and Teresa.  Joe’s story is that he crashed the car during a yawn and then went to his in-laws and had 4 shots of Scotch before the cops came. I wonder why I didn’t think of that story when I got pulled over for a DUI?

Sometime Danielle looks so cute during her interview, and this is one of those times…she has the same freckles on her nose as her daughters do.

 Anyway, Teresa meets Jacqueline and Caroline for lunch and talks about a jacket that she bought. They talk about taking a cruise through the Mediterranean, namely Italy to visit Teresa and Joe’s family. They are all on board, but Caroline has to clear it with Albert first, since he will have to take the time off of work.  She talks him into by promising him some together time on a cruise, since he doesn’t want to go with 18 kids running around. 

While they are getting ready to go on the cruise, Teresa’s house is full of family and Jacqueline’s mom trips and breaks a huge vase of hers. It looks like chaos everywhere and if Caroline and Albert were to see this scene, I think they would have PASSED on the cruise!!!

The cruise is uneventful, except for Teresa running around Venice looking for a Chanel which is confusing since Joe is constantly stressed about money in the more recent shows. I guess Chanel is discount for them or something?  Either way, the Giudice's don't seem too interested in the culture and history of Venice and Joe complains that he is going to get sea sick on a gondola. I wonder if Caroline and Albert want to turn around now?

Jacqueline gets wasted with Teresa on the cruise and spends days recovering, while Caroline and Albert totally get strapped with Teresa’s kids as babysitters which bums them both out. Lame!
