Last night, on The City, Whitney's reviews from Fashion Week were in and mostly favorable! Kelly Cutrone advised Whitney to meet with major publications one on one so that she could have their undivided attention when trying to market her clothes to them. Makes sense.

Over at Elle, Joe works with his team to pull off an amazing cover shoot featuring Taylor Swift. Erin plays nice and compliments Olivia on her interview with Anna Sui. Olivia says she plans on doing more interviews, possibly live, and it would make sense that she'd interview Whitney, right? More on that in a sec.

A cute, young photographer named Zach makes his way into People's Revolution and shows Kelly his portfolio in which he has his subjects strip naked on the subway and quickly shoots them before they get in trouble. He's like a renegade photographer and it's pretty awesome! Kelly feels that he would be perfect to try out a shoot for designer Jeremy Scott and puts Roxy on as stylist... which works out perfectly since she couldn't stop staring or drooling over him.

The shoot goes off without a hitch! Roxy and Zach grab average people walking down the street, throw them in a van, have them change into Jeremy Scott clothes, and pose for pictures. Seriously, people got in the van with these perfect strangers asking to take their picture! You would never guess that these people were not models. The photos came out absolutely amazing and Zach definitely impressed the staff at People's Rev.

Roxy gives Olivia a call at Elle to see if she plans on coming to see Whitney's collection for the magazine or will be sending someone. Olivia has zero plans whatsoever so go see what her frienemy has to offer and is completely rude to Roxy. I think I speak for everyone when I say, "What the hell is your problem!?" Erin stares at her in complete disbelief but Olivia begrudgingly goes to the meeting and doesn't seem too interested.

At a staff meeting at Elle, Olivia snubs Whitney's work while Erin and her coworkers praise it. No one can seem to figure out what Olivia's problem is (it's called jealousy) and plans are made to feature Whitney's work online. When Whit gets the good news, she and Roxy assume that Olivia had something to do with it. They'll find out soon enough that she most certainly did not.

The City airs Tuesdays at 10/9c on MTV.
