As we ramp up to tomorrow night’s Season 5 finale of The Real Housewives of Orange County and the season premier of The Real Housewives of New York City, there is some serious gossip going on! Or should I say mud being slung? Because of Reality Wanted’s exclusive interviews with Jill Zarin, LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer, a lot of the fodder stemmed right here on our sight, but Reality Wanted has additional information from our Ramona Singer Interview that may fan the flame of a war that seems to be going on in the trenches as I write this!

 

First, to The Real Housewives of Orange County we go, where Vicki Gunvalson is denying a report by Star Magazine, that she was caught in a hot make out session with someone who was NOT Donn, down in Mexico. According to People.com, Vicki just gave the 25 year old a peck on the cheek and said, “He … told me it was his birthday and wanted a birthday kiss. He seemed nice, but very star struck!” Even the 25 year old agrees after blowing it all out of proportion.

 

Next, we jet off to Atlanta for some flame wars going on between The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kim Zolciak and The Real Housewives of New York City’s Simon Van Kempen regarding Kim’s sexual preferences. This subject has come up before, during last season, but Kim stood firm that she was indeed heterosexual.

 

According to Kim’s Twitter page: “WOW...who the hell is Simon van Kempen? Talking about me in US weekly. Give me a break...Get ur facts straights, Never met that man in my life”

 

To which Simon responded: @kimzolciak hinted to Us that Zolciak's sexuality wud b a storyline on the Bravo reality series.- ought to kno better than to believe gossip

To which Michael K of Dlisted.com responded: I'm just going to say this is a publicity stunt that needs more funding. I mean, just last week Kim was telling a radio station that she was back on Big Poppa's payroll.

 

To which People.com reported that Kim Zolciak is still with Big Poppa according to The Bert Show.

Wait, what just happened up there? 

 

Our next destination is New Jersey for a quick layover with The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Jacqueline Laurita is touting the wonders of Teresa Guidice’s new cook book, which isn’t out yet….so how does she know? She must be VIP and have a copy already, but to preorder yours, you can go to Amazon.

 

And just when you thought it was never going to happen, we have arrived in New York City. What’s with all this snow? 

 

So, to start off, what’s up with Bethenny Frankel? It’s like The Real Housewives of New York City have become "persona non grata" for her. Her Twitter is full of The Skinnygirl Dish information and how exhausted she is from running around publicizing The Skinnygirl Dish, and shooting Bethenny Gets Married. What happened to the show that you are in, that premiere’s tomorrow? I haven’t heard her mention it at all which makes me think that perhaps she just wants to wash her hands of it? Here is the latest interview where she very briefly mentions the show.

 

Alex McCord is writing a fashion blog, which seems fitting for her, although not everyone has her same sensibilities I imagine…or should I say her husband’s sensibilities? She was also interviewed by Radar Online about what to expect from her in the upcoming Season 3.

 

Also, Ramona is gifting a lucky fan a piece of her jewelry at Betty Confidential to celebrate the line launching on HSN and Amazon.

 

Speaking of Ramona and Alex, here is the dirt:

 

Today Alex McCord Tweeted: Re Ramona-we r the few RHONY who never prtnd 2 own a ferarri/vacay house/boat if we don't. The world saw renovations. Who's posing? (let me translate: Regarding Ramona, We are the few Real Housewives of New York City who never pretend to own a Ferrari, Vacation House, Boat, if we don’t. The world saw renovations. Who’s posing?)

 

I can only assume Alex means this in reference to the fact that she and Simon have been renovating their home since 2005. 

 

But, when I was interviewing Ramona Singer, she also alluded to this very subject (which I originally left out of the article as it was off topic, and did not answer the interview question):

 

Q. Chandra, Reality Wanted: Some of the footage is up in the Hamptons during summer. Do you own a home or do you rent?

A. Ramona: Jill likes to pretend she is certain things that she isn’t. I mean, in the beginning of the show she rented a Ferrari for 2 weeks to pretend that Bobby gave it to her as a present. The first season she pretended she owned a home in the Hamptons. She had sold it already. I own my own home, I bought that home, it’s like my baby, I bought it when my daughter was 6 months old….(for the rest of the interview, click here)

 

Huh?

 

Now, in Reality Wanted’s interview with Jill Zarin, even Jill brings up that she has sold her Hampton’s house, so she isn’t hiding this, but Ramona and Alex obviously are on the same page with this statement.

 

And that brings me to my guess for Season 3....drum roll please.....: Ramona Singer, who formerly could not stand Alex, and Alex mcCord, who tolerated Ramona, have become allies.

 

This would completely make sense, since everyone is speaking to “alliances changing” this season (LuAnn, Bethenny, Jill). As a matter of fact, I think that “alliances changing” is the new buzzword for Season 3 of The Real Housewives of New York City! 

 

Who knew that this season would be The Real Housewives of New York City: Survivor Edition? Please, just no naked Richard Hatch walking through the scenes randomly, okay Bravo?

 

 

The Real Housewives of Orange County  finale will be airing this Thursday night at 10/9 c on Bravo.

Following that, The Real Housewives of New York City will be premiering Season 3 at 11/10 c on Bravo.
