Last week on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim finally realizes that it’s time to slow down with her business endeavors and Kourtney decides to erase Scott from her life after his embarrassing drunk night in Vegas.

 

Scott tries to make right of his actions by coming to talk to Kris and asking for forgiveness. He pulls the “you treat me differently than all your other daughters’ boyfriends,” but Kris isn’t buying it. She can’t trust him with her daughter and grandchild and doesn’t feel comfortable having him in their family. With a baby on the way, Kris thinks Kourtney shouldn’t be spending her time babysitting a grown man.

 

Scott doesn’t take the news easily and calls Kourtney nonstop, hoping to win her back.

 

Meanwhile, Khloe acts the role as daddy in place of Scott during Kourtney’s last visit to the doctor. This experience makes it sink in that Kourtney will have to raise the baby alone.

 

Upon arrival back at the house, Kourtney gets the news that Scott came to their store, Dash, hoping to talk. Khloe tries to make her see that the only reason Scott began to change for the better in the first place is because of the baby, not because he is some great guy.

 

Despite all the negativity coming toward Scott, Kourtney begins to make excuses for him and it is clear that she still loves him and wants him in her and the baby’s life. However, Kris wants him out of all their lives. For good. Ouch.

 

After hearing advice from everyone, Kourtney decides to talk to Scott and figure things out. She wants to do what is right for her and the baby and knows that that means Scott should be in her life. He admits he fell off the wagon with his behavior in Vegas, but swears it won’t happen again and wants to be there for the baby. Both want the relationship to work and Kourtney asks Scott to attend her baby shower the next day.

 

The next day, Kris is glowing almost as much as the mother-to-be over the expectant birth of her first grandchild. Apparently though, she isn’t aware that Scott is back in the picture. Uh-oh.

 

When Scott arrives (in a very Willy Wonka-esque outfit, might I add), Kris is anything but happy. She tells Kourtney to have more self-respect for herself and understand that Scott is not good for her. Kourtney ignores her advice and stays intent on enjoying the day with Scott.

 

Four weeks later: The day has finally arrived!

 

Kourtney’s water breaks and everyone prepares for the birth of the child. Despite her ideas of the pre-labor craziness, Kourtney takes things slow by taking a shower and doing her makeup so she can look good for the delivery.

 

On December 14 around six in the morning, baby Mason is born! And what a precious baby he is. Kourtney remained calm and collected throughout the entire delivery and even pulled the baby out herself once the head was showing. Now that’s not something you see everyday.

 

Two weeks later, sisters Khloe and Kourtney have a shocking announcement for the family. Just two weeks after the birth of Kourtney’s baby and four months after Khloe gets married, they decide to go to Miami to help out with their store, Dash. Bruce finds the decision irresponsible considering the circumstances, but the girls are set in their decision.
