This week on America’s Best Dance Crew Season 5, The Nationals have finally arrived!

Randy Jackson made actually made an appearance on his own show to wish all of the crews luck!

Hype 5-0 was up first to prove they are more than coconut bras and hula skirts. Lil’ Mama noticed the energy went down from last time. Omarion said they can do way better. JC Chasez said the intensity was missing but there was nothing really wrong with the performance.

Heavy Impact wants to break the mold of the stereotypical dancer. Omarion liked how they captured the music. JC Chasez didn’t love the first half of the routine but thought the second half picked up. Lil’ Mama respects what they are doing.

Poreotics brought together popping, choreography and robotics. JC Chasez thought they found creative ways to tell the story but they need to find a little something else. Lil’ Mama said they are clever and told them their body strength is superb. Omarion wants to see a little more variation in their choreography.

Out of the three crews, Poreotics and Heavy Impact got a guaranteed spot into next week’s episode. As for Hype 5-0, they had to battle it out with two other crews at the end of the night.

Swagger Crew has been through a lot recently and they are trying to fight through it all with the art of dance. Lil’ Mama said their performance threw her off a little. Omarion said the choreography didn’t look like they spent a lot of time on it. JC Chasez thought it was a bit one dimensional but he liked the intensity.

Jungle Boogie put their animal styles together to form one crew. JC Chasez said it was a great routine and loved the enthusiasm. Lil’ Mama thought it was a powerful piece with a huge open. Omarion simply said it was amazing.

Royal Flush is trying to get the highest poker hand in dance. Omarion loved it but said they needed to watch their lines. JC Chasez liked the variety in the performance. Lil’ Mama thought they showed they are a group that is ready to evolve.

From these three crews, Jungle Boogie and Royal Flush will be moving on to next week’s episode. Unfortunately Swagger Crew joined Hype 5-0 for the battle.

Saltare wants to jump their way to the finals. JC Chasez said they wowed him. Omarion thought they represented well. Lil’ Mama commends them on staying true to themselves.

Static Noyze infuses drama and storytelling into their routines. One of them danced with a back injury. Omarion said they are the most diverse group on the show. Lil’ Mama said they need to embrace the music but said they are an incredible crew. JC Chasez said they are an experimental crew.

Blueprint Cru is from Canada and wants to win so the show can be called North America’s Best Dance Crew. Lil’ Mama said they are strong performers. JC Chasez thought they played well to each other’s strengths. Omarion enjoyed the performance.

Blueprint Cru and Saltare are also moving on to next week’s episode. Static Noyze, Hype 5-0 and Swagger Crew battled it out for the two final spots in the next episode.

One crew was sent home. Who did the judges keep? Static Noyze and Hype 5-0 get to move on to next week. Swagger Crew had to swag their way off the stage for the last time.
