Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains

Tonight, on Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains, the villains decide it's probably time to figure out a sturdy shelter. If by figure out, you mean argue the entire time and get nothing done, then that's exactly what they did. Meanwhile, at the heroes camp, things are actually getting done but there's also some plotting taking place. Stephenie has a target on her back, for not only being a strong physical player but a strong social player. She's gonna have to do something to shift the focus onto someone else quickly.

Back on the villains' side, Jerri sees Boston Rob collapse in the woods and he tells her to get help. Jeff and the medical staff hurry in to get a look at him. They feel that he looks worse than he is, which is promising. I know his tribe would be heartbroken if he left but I'm pretty sure I'd be right there with him. Final diagnosis? "A little bit of the flu and cry baby-itis." He's staying in... thank god!

Tonight's challenge is both for reward and immunity. The prize is rope , tarp, and nails - should be helpful at camp. Two members of each tribe will race to roll a large tribe colored crate back to the platform and repeat that until six are retrieved. Those crates are stacked into a staircase and the first tribe to make it to the top wins. History lesson: JT, Coach, and Tyson did this challenge during their season. The villains need to sit two people (Courtney and Randy) while the heroes bench Rupert. It's amazing that Rob is staying in the challenge, given his health issues this week!

The heroes take a quick one crate lead over the villains but once again, the villains even it out and it comes down to the puzzle. Perhaps the heroes should have beefed up their puzzle skills before heading into the game... and their people skills. Between screwing up the crates and yelling at each other, the heroes completely blow the challenge. The villains win again.

Back at camp, Russell has had quite enough of Rob running things around camp. Trying to win fans, he finds a chicken in the woods and just stabs it. He proudly struts back to camp, hoping that he scored some points with that move. I would've been a little impressed with that one.

Meanhile... just when you think Stephenie could be in trouble, James goes off on his tribe for losing and doesn't make any friends. James follows that up by campaigning hard for Stephenie to go home. Tom tells Colby that they have to pull Cirie and Candance into their alliance and send Amanda home next. That means Cirie bails on Amanda and those two made it all the way to the end together in Micronesia. That'd be a big move on Cirie's part.

At tribal council, James calls out Stephenie and attacks her for blowing the challenge and Colby and Tom immediately rush to her defense. It's pretty clear that lines are being drawn and the dynamics in this tribe of heroes are getting very interesting to watch. No one is safe and these players can't possibly play the game the way they did the first (or second) time around. After tonight's votes, the alliances will be out in the open and there really won't be any turning back.

Here are the votes: Stephenie.  Amanda.  Stephenie.  Amanda.  Stephenie.  Amanda.  Stephenie.  Back and forth, back and forth and the second person voted out this season is Stephnie.

I don't know if I'm more upset that she's gone or that Tom and Colby seem to be screwed now.
