It's that time again, the new season of Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains! When the episode was over, I wanted to watch it again. This is going to be one amazing season!

First off, I do have to admit: I am a Survivor junkie and have watched every single season. When they first arrived on the beach, I recognized every single person except Danielle. I wonder why she is considered a villain. Actually, still wondering who she is? How do I not remember any of her big moments?

Regardless, it was so fun to watch good vs. evil, especially some of the villains who thought they didn't belong on the "evil" side. That went out the window with the first reward challenge. Wow, was that physical! These are the all-stars so we should expect more intense challenges. With Rupert's broken toe, Stephenie's shoulder getting dislocated, this was a crazy way to start the game.

Injuries are not a good way to start 39 days in the wild. When you have injuries out there, it takes a lot longer for them to heal than they normally would due to lack of nutrition, among other things.

I do have to say though, I sat on the couch and laughed as they battled to get the bags. Ah, Schmergenball memories! I also have to give kudos to Sugar for running with her top off and then flipping off the villains. I guess, in the heat of the moment, I would have done it too. Thank goodness for blurs, there were a lot of those on my season. I was rooting for the Heroes on this one and was happy they won.

When they arrived at camp and it was raining, I could only imagine how they felt. Trying to build a shelter in the rain must have been awful. It was fun to see that area again; I walked around there many times. The Heroes started off camp life strong - catching chickens, and having fire. Rupert had some difficulties starting the fire, which I find crazy considering he is Mr. Wilderness himself.

Back at the villain camp, oh what a surprise, Russell is already starting to make alliances with the women. His speech to Danielle was the same one he told me on Day 1. Major props to Parvarti, who is already seeing through him. I wonder if he will stick with anyone like he did with Natalie. If I could predict who he would stay true with, it would be Parvarti, not Danielle. Trust me, I know how Russell's mind works! I also loved when Boston Rob wanted to rub sticks together to make fire and everyone thought he was nuts, but look what happened. It worked!

Trainer's tip #1- Those small things can be a huge advantage especially on the first day. I know we were feeling extra strong because we had fire and water... although everyone knows how that turned out!

The first night looked rough. Sleeping in the sand. Ouch! So many bug bites, definitely don't miss that part of the game. I loved that Coach and Jerri were "cuddle buddies" the first night. Do I sense a showmance? Probably not, but hey it's fun to imagine.

The immunity challenge at the beach looked familiar, which makes this even better for me. I truly enjoyed playing this game and seeing the areas again are bringing back some seriously awesome memories.

The Heroes were off to a good start until the puzzle and then it went downhill. Same outcome on this episode as it was on my season! We won reward then lost immunity. I hope this is not a preview of what's to come....

By the way, tribal council and no roof, what a bummer. That was the only escape from the dreaded rain. Tribal is always interesting, but this will make it even more fun to watch! A lot of things come out that you would prefer stay hidden. I think it was a good choice to get rid of Sugar.
