Kell On Earth

When we last left the staff of People's Revolution on Bravo's Kell On Earth, they were having major seating assignment issues for the Chado Ralph Rucci show at Fashion Week. With only 70% of the list complete, Stefanie starts to melt down but Kelly demands that she not cry in front of her. They need to pull together and find a solution to this problem, which they do... sort of. With a handwritten list, they try to check people in at the show but the process is painfully slow. On top of that, they have to deal with crashers who are just praying that the glitch in the system helps them gain access inside.

Despite the issues and setbacks, the show manages to be a huge success, with press people texting Kelly and Robyn, calling it the best show of the week! Ralph still seems pissed though and Kelly worries a bit, since he's a really important client to have. The staff heads out to dinner after the show, where Stefanie and Robyn sulk about everything that's happened this week. Not that I like a sulker, but you can't really blame them, can you?

The show may have gone well but Ralph doesn't care... he has Rosina, his PR exec, call Kelly the next day to fire her. Ouch.

Kelly throws on her mom hat to help Ava get ready for her first day back at school but soon has to head back to work to help Genetic Denim get ready for their presentation.

Besides being Robyn's assistant, Andrew S. is also a stylist so he takes some time to give Stefanie a little makeover after all of her hard work on the Ralph Rucci show.

Alright. Who hired Stephanie, the account executive? All she does is whine and moan that nobody taught her how to do anything... even how to mail something. I mean, some things you need to figure out for yourself. You don't really think Kelly, Emily, and Robyn have the time to hold your hand through every step, do you?

The day of the Genetic Denim show, the you-know-what hits the fan when Kelly sees that Stephanie took it upon herself to do the gift bags for the VIPs. If you didn't see them, let me sum it up: they look like absolute crap. She put them in plain white bags and had an intern write on them with a black sharpie. Kelly flips out, rightfully so, and tells her staff not to make one decision without speaking to her first. She kicks all of the interns out of her office for 30 minutes and lets them know if that they can't do things her way, they shouldn't come back. I think she made herself clear with that one!

Kelly does have the tough exterior that puts the fear of God in people but she also had a sweet, caring side, too. She got on the phone with cutie Irish intern Tim's mom to let her know that her son is doing okay in New York. Awww...

The Genetic Denim presentation starts of well (despite that Stephanie seems to be on a mission to screw up every task she's given, like scheduling interns to work). There's a scary moment when a model collapses but Kelly handles it like a true professional.

The bottom line with Stephanie is that people seem to like her as a person, but not as a worker. She better step it up or it looks like she's gonna be out of a job soon.
