Guess who's back? Tom Sizemore!  Last week, he finally checked in (nearly a week late); but, as soon as he did, he bounced.  He came back early the next morning and was high as a kite.  The rehab techs welcomed and fed their disheveled son with open arms. Tom's equally addicted girlfriend "Monroe" dropped by to say hello. It made the docs nervous to have her there, but thankfully she didn’t stay long.  Monroe later interviewed that she was sick and tired of hearing about Heidi!  What about Tom trying to get clean Monroe?  You need to get clean too Monroe!

 

After Monroe left, Tom passed out. The techs rummaged through his things and found a dandy little balloon of heroin. This was the highlight of their Rehab Tech lives as now a full investigation and drug-hunt was in order. They had to re-track every one of Monroe and Tom's steps. The techs scoped and combed the facility with full radar. They hit the jackpot in the bathroom. With rubber gloved hands the techs sifted through the nasty bathroom trash and found gold.  Viagra, crystal meth, a credit card (for chopping up lines), foil with heroin residue and matches were among the treasures. Tom and Monroe don't mess around okay!

 

As Tom slept, the other rehab patients went on to group therapy.  It’s been a week and almost everyone is done with the physical kicks of coming down.  It’s time to tackle the emotional aspects of addiction.  Dr. Drew said that folk get hooked on drugs to hide the pains of life.  The subject was "Honesty".  Mike Starr doesn't feel like a good boy when he lies. Poor guy is truly stuck in the 80's with his Tom Cruise sunglasses and inability to get over not being an Alice in Chains band member anymore. Now we know Mackenzie Phillips daddy was the devil. She said that he told her it's better to lie than to tell the truth. The group was surprisingly stunned, but apparently they don't know about the incest yet. Mackenzie went on to talk about her dad introducing her veins to cocaine and him basically being a piece of $&*#.

 

Joey Kovar (with his sexy lil self) finally shared some of his story. He's traumatized by his mom being half-assed (like many of our mothers Joey). But Joey hasn't gotten over the extreme physical and abuse. He's also still upset that she was so cheap he got stuck wearing coke-bottle glasses.  This resulted in childhood teasing that’s apparently scarred him into being an addict.

 

Later, Joey was on the phone with his pregnant girlfriend and like most baby mommas she was asking for money.  Like most baby daddy’s, he’s not feeling it.  Heidi piped up in the middle of his convo and told him a thing or two about how to speak to his pregnant girlfriend.  By the end of the night Joey was fired up.  To make matters worse, the camera men were taunting Joey by putting the cameras all up in his face.  Joey seriously almost lost it.

 

All of Joey’s stress was unleashed during the exercise the next day. DESTRUCTION.  Well it was called “Expressive Therapy”.  Drew took the crew to a junk yard where they were able to take their anger out on old cars and furniture. Joey beat the mess out of a car with a sledge hammer. He called the car a bitch that could have just spent $50 to get him some nice glasses. It was hot.  The instructor told Joey to take deep breaths…and something about being an adult now.  Uh yea, get over it Joey.  Mackenzie tore some stuff up with her dirty daddy in mind.

 

Tom Sizemore finally woke up.  He looked a higgety hot mess, poor guy.  Dr. Drew drilled Tom on his drug use history and present issues.  Later Drew revealed that he worries about Tom and Heidi being in rehab together.  Although they are showing love for now, its likely they’ll turn on each other.

 

In other news Dr. Drew took off to find past sex addict patient Kari Ann Peniche (former US Teen title holder).  She appeared on Sex Rehab and caused a lot of drama and was actually asked to leave.  Now she’s a meth head who is calling out to Dr. Drew for help.  He made her surrender her drugs and submit herself to the Pasadena Recovery Center.

 

Finally, the full cast is through the doors.  I hope they get clean and stay clean.  And I hope we get more footage of Dennis Rodman - he's a riot!
