Thursday night escorts in yet another delicious episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County. With this in mind, here is a roundup of the latest news, gossip, hearsay and heresy that I stumbled upon this week (click the red links for further details):

 

The Real Housewives of New York have been successfully going about their own ventures (books, jewelry, etc.) and Bravo has confirmed that Season 3 will premier March 4th, 2010. What else do we have to look forward to? Well, the arch-enemies of the show, Kelly Killoren-Bensimon and Bethenny Frankel have news.

 

According to the NY Daily News, just in time for the March premier, Bensimon will be starring in something of her own. Noteably, Playboy Magazine. 

 

Bravo greenlighted a spin-off for Bethenny entitled “Bethenny’s Getting Married?” What is that question mark doing there?

As one of the breakout characters of “The Real Housewives of New York City,” Bethenny Frankel has shared her social life with millions, and in her new docu-series fans will get an up close and personal look at her career. Viewers will follow the outspoken New York City socialite as she juggles her happy love life, plans a wedding and prepares for baby while managing her insanely busy schedule and career as a natural foods chef. Somewhere in her schedule she found time to write two books on healthy living – Naturally Thin: Unleash Your Skinny Girl & Free Yourself from a Lifetime of Dieting (that quickly became a New York Times bestseller) and The Skinnygirl Dish: Easy Recipes for Your Naturally Thin Life – and continues to manage her line of “Skinny Girl” cocktails. The series is produced by Shed Media U.S. for Bravo. Jennifer O’Connell, Matt Anderson and Nick Emmerson serve as executive producers.

There is also talk of another new non-housewife joining the cast this season.

 

Lastly, Alex McCord and Simon Van Kempen will answer your questions this season, if you add their Facebook Fan page and post them there. 

 

Congratulations goes to The Real Housewives of Atlanta which was nominated for the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Reality Series.

We definitely cannot forget our darlings: The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

 

Not a lot of news on their front although Joe Guidice denied drinking the night of his DUI arrest.This was last Wednesday, the same night that they went out with Jacqueline Laurita and Tamra Barney from Orange County who was in town to do last week’s episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Tamra addresses the arrest on the show. She was not with them during the arrest and said that she did not notice Joe drinking, let alone drinking heavily. And listen, Tamra knows her drink, as we have witnessed. 

 

And just because I love her and I think this is how 90% of my high school class looked in their senior pictures: Click Here. It wasn’t just New Jersey. They just held on to it longer.
