On tonight’s episode of The Hills, Kristin and Stacy decide to have a party at her beach house and invites the whole gang including Justin. Kristin tells Stacy that Justin is on thin ice with her and even though he cooked her dinner he still has one strike. And if he gets one more, he will be out and she will be done.

Brody and Jayde seem to have made up since she stormed out at Brody’s birthday party. The two have lunch together and discuss Kristin’s beach party. Jayde doesn’t want to go and doesn’t want Brody to go either. She thinks its inappropriate for them to spend so much time together and that Kristin wants get him back.

Heidi continues to baby-sit for their next-door-neighbor, Enzo, and Spencer continues to be uncomfortable with it. They discuss Kristin’s party and about how Holly is going. Spencer is concerned that Holly hasn’t really stopped drinking like she said she would. But Heidi believes Holly meant it when she said that she would stop drinking and thinks its okay that she go to Kristin’s and be around alcohol.

Kristin’s party is a hit and everyone comes out, well almost. Brody shows up without Jayde. Kristin asks if Jayde is upset that he is there with her. Brody doesn’t understand why, because Jayde knows that they are friends. Moments later, Kristin gets a text that Justin isn’t coming saying, “sorry boo, strike two. I’ll call you later.” Kristin says that she is done with him; she is tired of dealing with a flake.

Holly drinks heavily and starts to have a personal dance party with herself. Like at the industry event she makes a fool of herself. Stephanie takes her aside to make sure she is okay and advises her to watch her drinking. Holly swears that she is fine and continues to have a good ol’ time.

Later, Justin shows up. Kristin is annoyed that Justin would pull something like that and play games with her. Brody takes her defense and talks to Justin. He tells him that Kristin doesn’t like head games. Justin thinks that Brody still cares about Kristin. Brody tells him he is wrong and they’re just friends.

Jayde shows up too. But she doesn’t like what she sees, Brody and Kristin talking. Jayde wants Brody to embrace her and be happy that she showed up, but instead he is rude. Jayde lets all of her frustration out on her friends, telling them that Brody speaks to her rudely and often gets drunk and talks to girls. Brody overhears her and is upset that she is talking bad about him at the party. He walks away saying that it is over between them and he is done.

Kristin talks to Justin about the text. She tells him that she wasn’t happy with how he was playing games with her but she was happy that he showed up. She warns him that if he hadn’t shown up they would have been over.

Meanwhile, Lo goes over to Audrina’s house to catch up and Audrina tells her about how she met with Justin. Audrina went to talk with him and clear the air so they wouldn’t have to be so awkward when they are around each other. But Justin just talked about how things are different with Kristin than they are with her and he missed her. Lo is convinced that he isn’t over him, but Audrina doesn’t want to go back.

The next morning Stacy and Kristin talk about Holly’s behavior at the party. They think she might have a drinking problem. Kristin explains to Stacy that she didn’t think Justin’s text was funny or a game. Stacy warns her that Justin is still playing games with her and things shouldn’t be so difficult at the beginning of a relationship. Kristin jokes that it would be funny if she and Brody got back together.

Stephanie and Heidi invite Holly over for another try at the intervention. They are concerned that Holly’s behavior hasn’t changed since they last spoke to her. Holly arrives and the girls tell her that they are concerned about her drinking habits, but Holly still doesn’t think she has a problem. She believes it is her choice as an adult to drink and that she was working to tone it down but she wasn’t going to stop. Stephanie opens up and tells her how much rehab helped her in her situation and encourages her to go through rehab as well.  Stephanie and Heidi tell Holly just how much they love and care for her and Holly breaks down crying. But as her sisters console her Holly shrinks away. Stephanie tells her that she needs to go to rehab. Holly gets upset and leaves, flicking the girls off on the way out.

Later, at Brody’s condo Jayde and Brody meet to talk about what happened at the party. Brody thinks that Jayde is at fault because she got drunk and started talking bad to her friends about him. Jayde thinks that Kristin is manipulative and having her in their lives makes them fight more. But Brody swears that he and Kristin are just friends and that Jayde should trust him around her.

Jayde flat out asks him if he still has feelings for Kristin and he says that he doesn’t think that he does. Jayde is not comforted by this answer and is upset that he isn’t sure. She leaves and asks him to call her once he has made up his mind and he wants her back.

The Hills airs Tuesdays at 10pm ET on MTV.
