Last week, on The Biggest Loser, Tracey won a temptation challenge and a huge advantage at the next weigh in.  She could decide whose weight could count and whose would not.  She ended up choosing Sean to weigh in for the red team, who only ended up losing 1.46% of his total body weight.  It put his team below the yellow line and they sacrificed themselves so that the orange team, Daniel and Shay could stay.  On Friday, we spoke to Antoine of the red team and today, we hear from Sean, in an exclusive interview.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What was your reasoning for going on the show?
A. Sean: I wanted to make a life change and I knew that "The Biggest Loser" would help in my healing process.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: How difficult was it to leave your family behind to go on The Biggest Loser?
A. Sean: It was the most gut wrenching, heart-breaking, life altering thing that has ever happened to me. I wanted to run into their arms every time I thought it would be difficult but knew that if I did this, I would be able to RUN into their arms a healthy and balanced individual.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted:  What went through your mind when Tracey went for both the advantage and the temptation?
A. Sean: I was thinking, "What is this lady doing, does she not know that she's messing with people’s lives here!?" and then I realized, she hadn't  been there to bond with all the rest of us like we had done while she was in the hospital.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Why do you think she picked you to represent the Red Team in the weigh-in?
A. Sean: I think she wanted to see me put up a great number but knowing how well I had done the 2 weeks prior, I knew it was going to be  devastating.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Did you and Antonio ever try to bargain with her?
A. Sean: NEVER.  We wanted to work hard and let the numbers fall where they were gonna fall.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Why did you offer to go home after your team and the Orange Team fell below the yellow line?
A. Sean: I knew I had an incredible support system at home and that I could do what needed to be done and I knew shay had some work left to do on the ranch.  It was really an easy decision when you think about it, I love Shay and Daniel and I just figured out how to secure my own oxygen  mask and now it was time to let me help Shay secure her oxygen mask.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What is the biggest lesson you learned from Bob & Jillian?
A. Sean: DON'T TELL YOURSELF YOU CAN'T, if you can't then your body will fail  at whatever it is your trying to do, but don't speak negativity and believe it before you try.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Now that you're home, how have you been coping with diabetes?
A. Sean: DIABETES IS GONE!  I got rid of it eating incredibly well and exercising.  Anyone with type 2 can do what I did.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: How are you trying to keep in shape now?
A. Sean: I run like Forrest Gump! [laughs] I am training for a marathon and  I am running a lot. I train with my trainers, Danny and Levi, and I swim with my swim coach Derek, and I have a great team of marathon coaches, Lori and Craig.  I am blessed to have such a great team of people helping me obtain my health.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Do you have a goal to reach before finale night?
A. Sean: I want to be 222 lbs when I step out on that stage and I want to have completed a marathon, both of which are totally obtainable.  Oh yeah, and I'd like to be an awesome father to my children and my soon to be born baby girl, Jillian Mae, and an awesome husband to my wife Misty.   Not just good, but AWESOME.
