America's Best Dance Crew is not losing any momentum now that it's in its fourth season and if anything this season is tops. I actually got to go behind the scenes to interview Shane Sparks and some of the crews and from the looks of it, it’s going to be non-stop! This season has groups that have the most interesting forms of dance, from vouging to hic-hop, both of which I had never heard of before.

From talking to the very energetic Shane Sparks I got that this season was going to be very diverse and was going to have lots of high-energy on-your-feet dance crews.

I also got to interview the new crews all of which were EXTREMELY energetic and nice, they even taught me a few dance moves, well they tried to teach me!

About the Show:

If the first three seasons didn't make you want to move, then you're in luck, because Randy Jackson Presents: America's Best Dance Crew is back for a fourth season! The bar is set high, as each previous season has featured some pretty spectacular moves, but the new crews have some amazing skills that they're ready to showcase.

Nine of America's most talented dance groups have been selected to compete in this dance battle, putting all they've got on the floor as they fight for the title of America's Best Dance Crew. With everything on the line, these crews know they must do their best to impress the judges. Only one team can be the winner, and they all want it.

Mario Lopez returns as the host the new Dance Crew season. Also back is a familiar panel of judges: performers JC Chasez and Lil Mama, and choreographer Shane Sparks will all return for the fourth season of competition, and they are ready to critique each week's performances in their search for America's Best Dance Crew.

Will it be AfroBoriké with their Latin American vibes or the ladies of Artistry in Motion? Could it be Beat Ya Feet from D.C. or the eclectic Fr3sh? Maybe We Are Heroes, a group of fierce females, will beat out Massive Monkees from Seattle and the country/hip-hop fusion that is Southern Movement. Or will it be a battle of the New Yorkers between Rhythm City and Vogue Evolution? It's anyone's game!

These nine talented and determined dance crews will salsa, sway, stomp and step their way to the top. This competition is fierce and they know what's at stake as they face each other in the ultimate challenge for dance supremacy. Each week, they will show what they're made of and each week, one crew will be eliminated until only the best remain. The winner will be announced during the exciting, live season finale that you will not want to miss.

Once each episode goes off the air, the Dance Crew excitement continues on MTV.com. After each episode, go online to cast your vote for your favorite dance crew. You can also check out extra coverage, including rehearsal updates, injury reports and exclusive backstage interviews. Plus, you can chat with other fans about which crew's moves are totally hot and which ones are totally not.

After the votes are tallied, the two crews with the fewest votes must battle it out on the dance floor in order to get the chance to advance to the next round. One by one, the groups will be sent home, and in the end, only one group will be able to call themselves America's Best Dance Crew.
