This week on Make Me a Supermodel, the models have a whole new challenge ahead of them, they’re shooting with ranch animals. Salome feels right at home, after growing up on Mennonite. Amanda also has country roots and feels this gives her a leg up over her main competition, Jordan.
Sandhurst is worried his thighs are too big for modeling, thanks to ballet. He’s paired with a 2 week old baby calf and manages to calm it to put forth a good photo. Brendan has a bigger challenge – a bull, which stepped on him during the photo shoot. Mountaha could not get her baby calf to cooperate, but got at least 1 shot that could work. Salome definitely had the best photo shoot. Colin is missing Kerryn, feeling kind of guilty for being a part of it as well, and it’s messing with his photo shoot. The photographer actually said it was painful to shoot him at times. Johnathon has had previous experience with horses and looks right at home in his photo. Jordan did not feel comfortable and produced a weak photo. Amanda felt comfortable, but made the shots too sexual. Back at home, Brendan is experiencing some home sickness and missing his mommy. Boy is going to need to grow up if he wants to be in this business. And the phone call reveals…SANDHURST won the photo. His photo was good, but I thought Salome and Johnathon had stronger photos. Sandhurst and Brendan are going to Buffalo fashion on a go-see.
At Buffalo, Sandhurst is having some trouble with his muscular thighs fitting in their jeans. Brendan fits right in with their previous look. But in the end, neither of them booked it and just went home. Meanwhile, back at the house, a personal trainer surprises them to get them into shape. Jordan has never worked out in her life and is having trouble. The personal trainer raids their fridge to trim the fat. Brendan bids adieu to bacon, while Sandhurst shrinks down his cereal consumption.
This week’s catwalk challenge is to walk with elegance in tweed. Amanda is nervous – she’s been in the bottom the past 2 weeks. Sandhurst tries to give Colin some advice, but his walk needs a lot of work. They judges are worried about Sandhurst’s size – too tall at 6’3”, thunder thighs. Johnathon excels, as usual. Amanda gets knocked for her sexy photo and cutesy walk. Brendan’s walk went from being too cocky to defeated looking in his walk – he needs to find a balance. Colin got outshined by the bull in his photo. Tyson and Nicole try to give him some compliments, but I don’t know if it will be enough to save him. Johnathon wins immunity, for the second time. Mountaha, Sandhurst, and Brendan are safe. It’s down to just Colin and Amanda. Colin for being too awkward and insecure; Amanda for being too sexy. This week, Colin is going home. No one seems to enthused to see Amanda walk through that door. Tyson’s parting words to Colin are “go home, and get laid”. I hope he found the confidence from this competition to go home and talk to some ladies. I’d be glad to talk to him, he’s a cutie.
Next week on Make Me a Supermodel, Brendan has a shaving mishap while preparing for their nude shoot.
