The show opened with the 1960's group dance from last night which I enjoyed just as much tonight as I did last night. I smiled all the way through it!
Our first entertainer of the night was Natasha Bedingfield singing her mega-hit "Soulmate" which was enjoyable all the way around (especially since Lacey was one of the dancers performing during this number).
Our second entertainer of the night was the cast of Burn The Floor, a new ballroom dance production opening up on Broadway. With the popularity of Dancing With The Stars, I'm sure it will draw a huge audience. The dancing was awesome!
There was a third entertainer tonight....the musical ensemble Celtic Women but honestly it didn't do anything for me.
One thing I enjoyed is that this season they are allowing viewers to vote on some new dance pros that they showcased. The winner will become part of next season's cast dancing with one of the stars during Season 9. Out of the six dancers showcased tonight, my first choice would be Brent Borbon. He's different than anyone else they've had on the show as a pro, and he definitely has sex appeal and charisma......the ladies will love him!
I don't think it was any big surprise that Lawrence & Edyta and Ty & Chelsie landed in the bottom two, and it was even less of a surprise that Lawrence & Edyta ended up going home. Since it seemed Lawrence wasn't too upset by his departure, he was probably the best choice for this week's elimination.
