Ghost Hunters International

Chateau La Gorce – Bordeaux, France
The Chateau, whose owners were known to be some of the wealthiest noble men of France, now serves as an eerie bed and breakfast like inn.  Some feel that the Chateau became cursed when the Germans seized it during World War II and made it a Nazis post, housing it’s prominent generals.  Voices screaming “Get Out” and “Fight” have been heard by those staying at the inn.  Apparitions of soldiers and little girls accompany the shadow like figures and footsteps that permeate the old hallways. One could only ask during this hunt whether or not the Ghosts would be unfriendly to the mostly American team.

While investigating the team experienced many electrical issues with their equipment.  Flash lights were going haywire, cameras not working, and battery drainage was rampant.  Battery drainage tends to occur as ghosts are trying to manifest themselves by drawing on any energy they can.  The team was able to spend the night at the Inn and that usually adds substance to the final evidence.  Angela was awakened  to some force pinning her down to the bed, something apparently experienced by former guests.  Photographs also showed that Barry might have been visited by an apparition in the middle of the night.  The EVP sessions produced voices saying “This is Mine”, “Get Out”, and a one lost soul calling out his name “Pierre” when asked who was present by Brandy and Angela.  The team had no problem calling the Chateau La Gorce haunted.

Underground Tunnels – Paris, France
If you’re claustrophobic you might want to skip this investigation.  The GHI team was 20 meters below the streets of Paris, with only their flashlights to give them light in the darkest tunnels they’ve ever experienced.  Any malfunctioning of their equipment, like the battery drainage they experienced at the Chateau La Gorce, would have caused them to possibly be lost for a very long time or caused a horrible panic.

Former workers in this underground quarry talk of a “Green Mist” that if you saw it, someone was going to die soon.  Multiple accidents happened in the cave, many of them deadly.  The team didn’t have much evidence to go on and had some good explanations for some of the noises and happenings that have been reported so they couldn’t call the area the investigated haunted, but you wouldn’t catch me down there on vacation.
