Interview with Michael Flatley from MTV’s Bromance

Recently we had the opportunity to speak with Michael Flatley from MTV’s reality show Bromance. Michael who is a medical insurance salesman from New Jersey spoke with us about his experiences while on the show.

Q. RealityWanted.com: So how did you end up on the show?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: I found the casting call on RealityWanted.com and decided to apply. I also attended an open casting call in Orlando where I got to meet the casting director working on the show.

Q. RealityWanted.com: As you know we run a reality casting website, do you have any pointers for the members about what you did to get on the show?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: If you really want to do a show just keep plugging away. Don’t try to fit into what the producers are looking for, just be yourself and keep it real.

Q. RealityWanted.com: What made you want to be on the show?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: Brody is pretty relatable, he has a nice car and is down to earth. He is good looking and has VIP at all of the clubs. People of our caliber should be together.

Q. RealityWanted.com: How was your experience on the show?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: It was a good time. It was a little weird and wasn’t the typical show where you move into a mansion, more like a crazy frat house.

Q. RealityWanted.com: What was your favorite experience while on the show?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: Meeting Brody. Also just seeing people from all walks of life coming together in one house and meshing. It was pretty cool to see.

Q. RealityWanted.com: What about your worst experience on the show?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: I didn’t get to meet Lauren Conrad. Also the house let me down, it was a disgusting nasty house in Compton.

Q. RealityWanted.com: After you saw your competition did you think you were going to win?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: I did want to win. I went in there with my A game.

Q. RealityWanted.com: Did you like Brody’s friends?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: I liked Sleazy T. He is really creative, has cool tattoos and is very classy. I want to have Bromance with Sleazy T.

Q. RealityWanted.com: Are there any guys on the show that you didn’t care for or not get along with?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: I don’t like Jacob. He likes to pretend he gets all the girls but he doesn’t.

Q. RealityWanted.com: Who do you want to win the show?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: I think Alex would be the best to win.

Q. RealityWanted.com: So what are you up to now?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: I am just working and trying to save money. I would be open to do more reality shows if the opportunity arises.

Q. RealityWanted.com: Is there anything else you want to share with the readers?

A. Michael Flatley, MTV’s Bromance: Viewers need to realize that the reason I thought it was going to be like The Hills was because the casting call said it was taking place in a mansion etc. It was obviously different so people need to stop talking about it. The haters need to stop hating!
