We recently had the opportunity to speak with DeAnna Pappas from ABC's The Bachelorette. Next week will be the final rose ceremony and she will have to choose between Jason a 31 year old account executive out of Kirkland, WA or Jesse a 26 year old professional snowboarder who lives in Breckenridge, CO. Here's what she had to say about the show:

 

Q. So what have you been up to lately?

 

A. DeAnna Pappas, (The Bachelorette): I have doing a lot of publicity for the show since we stopped taping about 3 months ago.

 

Q. So are you able to see the bachelor you chose?

 

A. DeAnna Pappas, (The Bachelorette): I speak to him everyday and we have seen eachother quite a bit.

 

Q. So how are things going between the two of you?

 

A. DeAnna Pappas, (The Bachelorette): Things are going great. I am happy and I am engaged.

 

Q. So what are your thoughts after watching the episodes now?

 

A. DeAnna Pappas, (The Bachelorette): It shows you everything happens for a reason. I got to see a bunch of stuff about the guys that I never saw before.

 

Q. What happened with Jeremy?

 

A. DeAnna Pappas, (The Bachelorette): Jeremy told me that he loved me but I told him I wasn't in love with him. It wasn't easy seeing him at the "Men Tell All" special, we were on national television and it was hard to see him and that I broke his heart.

 

Q. How about Graham?

 

A. DeAnna Pappas, (The Bachelorette): I think Graham is a wonderful man and yeah we butted heads but everything happens for a reason.

 

Q. What are the qualities that you like in your final two bachelors?

 

A. DeAnna Pappas, (The Bachelorette): Jason, is a wonderful man and has a beautiful outlook on life. I never wondered if he was a good father and he would always be there for me. Jesse, is a crazy snowboarder, he is a wonderful human being and he is always going to make me laugh. The final rose ceremony was one of the hardest things I had to do.

 

Q. Have you picked a wedding date yet?

 

A. DeAnna Pappas, (The Bachelorette): We are taking one day at a time.

 

Q. Do you still have feelings for Brad Womack?

 

A. DeAnna Pappas, (The Bachelorette): We have exchanged a few phone calls but we wish eachother the best.

 

Q. Did you know from the first day who the winner was going to be?

 

A. DeAnna Pappas, (The Bachelorette): Actually the two that I thought were going to make it to the finals have been eliminated.

 

Q. Do you have any dating tips?

 

A. DeAnna Pappas, (The Bachelorette): Don't force it. It's either there or it's not. I would rather be alone that to be with the wrong person.
