Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: Hey Lisa how's it going today?
A. Lisa, Top Chef 4: It's going great. I have my feet kicked up relaxing and doing interviews.
Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: We loved watching you on the show and the one thing I have a problem with watching Top Chef so late at night, is craving food at 11pm while watching it in bed.
A. Lisa, Top Chef 4: We call that food porn.
Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: I love it, I will have to use that one. After talking with some of your cast mates, some have watched Top Chef since its inception others watched it for the first time when they were picked to be on the show, which one were you?
A. Lisa, Top Chef 4: I started watching it half way though season one. At first I said I would never do it but then saw a former boss of mine on the show.
Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: Many members of RealityWanted are fans of Top Chef, others want to be on Top Chef. How did you end up on the show?
A. Lisa, Top Chef 4: Someone I had worked with dropped my name to the casting director and they called me.
Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: Was it a stressful audition process?
A. Lisa, Top Chef 4: Not really, I just told myself if I make it cool and if I don't it's still cool.
Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: I know it is one thing to film the show and another to watch it. There is so much you don't see going on with other cast members and judges. Were you surprised by anything you saw or read?
A. Lisa, Top Chef 4: Not really, I know everyone from the judges to the bloggers are entitled to their opinions and thoughts, so nothing really shocked me.
Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: Lets talk about the show a little. You all got to work with some amazing Chefs. Did anyone chef(s) stand out that you had the chance to work with?
A. Lisa, Top Chef 4: Yes, many of them did, but I loved working with Anthony Bourdain and working with April was awesome! I think I am safe to speak for the entire cast when I say we were all excited to work with so many amazing chefs.
Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: What was your favorite or least favorite quick fire challenge?
A. Lisa, Top Chef 4: My least favorite was the Uncle Bens rice thing and my favorite was paring food and beer.
Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: I know you have to run soon but what was it like to come so close to winning?
A. Lisa, Top Chef 4: It was very hard since I thought I had a massive chance to pull off the win. However I would gratefully lose to Stephanie any day. Stephanie deserved to win and I was happy to be by her side in the finals.
Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: What's next for you?
A. Lisa, Top Chef 4: Right now I am working at the Mai House stepping in for Spike while he is out of town with his family. I am just enjoying life and looking for my next adventure.
