Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: Hey Jason how are things going today, have you been on the interview circuit all morning?

A. Jason, Hells Kitchen 4: I have pretty much done a ton of interviews today. Some people were nice and some not so nice.

Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: I assume you’re going to catch some flack over the comments you made and so on.

A. Jason, Hells Kitchen 4: I thought I would look a lot funnier but some editing made me the ultimate male chauvinist on earth. Then again I did say those things but I thought it would come off as funny.

Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: Tell us how you got into cooking?

A. Jason, Hells Kitchen 4: I always cooked with my mom growing up, my first job was dishwashing at a nursing home then I moved into the kitchen. I love it, I like being in the kitchen since I know I would hate a desk job.

Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: How long have you been cooking?

A. Jason, Hells Kitchen 4: Professionally I have been cooking about 10 years.

Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: I have friends who are chefs that said they would never step into Ramsey’s kitchen. What prompted you to try out for Hell’s Kitchen?

A. Jason, Hells Kitchen 4: I watched season 3 and part of season 2. I was a bit nervous going into it but thought I would do really well. I know how to cook most everything they have on the show.

Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: Besides dessert right?

A. Jason, Hells Kitchen 4: I was hoping I could get around it and didn’t think about it till I got hit with it. I am a cook, not a pastry chef or dessert maker.

Q.  Mark, RealityWanted.com: How were the chickens waking you guys up on last night’s episode and then picking the peppers?

A. Jason, Hells Kitchen 4:  I actually thought we would do really well on that challenge. As far as picking peppers it didn’t sound that bad compared to what the girls had last week but it really did suck.

Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: Did you know the ladies were messing with you when they got you into the hot tub?

A. Jason, Hells Kitchen 4: I thought it would be good TV to jump in the tub with the ladies. I didn’t know it was s trick at first but after they asked certain questions I started to catch on. But I have to question the other guys for not jumping in a hot tub with the ladies. A hot tub with ladies, chicken and beer……who would have passed on that opportunity?

Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: After all that went on and how you ended up looking, would you do it again if they did a Hells Kitchen All Stars or something like that?

A. Jason, Hells Kitchen 4: I would love to do it again.

Q. Mark, RealityWanted.com: I know it’s early into the season but who would you like to see win?

A. Jason, Hells Kitchen 4: I would go with Jen or Christina. I just can’t see a guy pulling it together.
