Ashlee Williss a 22 year old singer/songwriter from Jacksonville, Florida, was recently eliminated from The Bachelor: London Calling. Today we had the opportunity to partake in a conference call with the Ashlee and here’s what she had to say:
Q. How were you cast for the show?
A. Ashlee Williss, (The Bachelor): My friend called me who had a friend that was a casting director and they asked me to be on the show.
Q. Were you looking to find love on The Bachelor?
A. Ashlee Williss, (The Bachelor): Yeah I have been looking for awhile so I was ready for the opportunity.
Q. Were you concerned about the age difference?
A. Ashlee Williss, (The Bachelor): No, I usually date guys that are older so I really wasn’t concerned.
Q. Do you fault Matt Grant for seeing you only as a songwriter?
A. Ashlee Williss (The Bachelor): Yeah I think he should have had a more open mind to the whole thing. I think he just wasted my time.
Q. Do you wish you would have had an opportunity to connect with him other than with your music?
A. Ashlee Williss, (The Bachelor): Yeah, I wish we would have had more time to connect in other ways.
Q. Has this experience inspired you to write any new songs?
A. Ashlee Williss, (The Bachelor): I wrote some songs and then wrote some angry songs after Matt.
Q. So who do you think he is going to pick?
A. Ashlee Williss, (The Bachelor): Amanda, though I thought I was the best choice for him.
Q. Was there anything we didn’t get to see, was Matt depicted correctly?
A. Ashlee Williss, (The Bachelor): It pretty much showed a lot of his character. There really wasn’t much that wasn’t shown.
