The ideal cities we're looking for are Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, etc - cities Middle America can relate to. The realtors should not be too high end - think homes in the $200k - $400k range. Big, charismatic characters, a la Armando Montelongo or Jeff Lewis on "Flipping Out."
