Have you gained some weight and the spark in your relationship has completely fizzled out?
Is your household a non-stop zoo with little time for yourself?

Is it like pulling teeth to get your kids off the couch and play outside?

A fun, new digital series is going to turn things around! We’re looking for outgoing, energetic couples or families in New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut and the Los Angeles areas who want judgement-free, practical solutions to live a healthier life from two of the country’s most trusted authorities on living well! (Shooting will take place over two days. There’s no pay -- but there WILL be lots of sweat!)

Names and ages of everyone in your family
A recent photo of everyone in your family
Tell us about your 5 most unhealthy habits. (Do you sit on the couch on a Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm? Do you secretly raid the fridge at 4 am for a pint of ice cream? It’s OK … tell us everything!)
Healthy living isn’t always easy. Tell us what’s been a struggle for you. (Do you not have any time to go to the gym? Did you just have a baby and having a hard time losing that baby weight? Do you want to make a change but have no idea where to start? We hear you … share it with us!)
Is there an upcoming event or milestone in your life -- a reunion, a big birthday, a family gathering -- that you want to look and feel great for? (Tell us what it is … we got your back!)
