Guys with a good personality who are 26 to 36 - the age range is flexible but not younger than that. If they are older, they should look no older than 36. That said, if you find a 40 year old who is the most charismatic guy ever, we'd love to meet him.
Preferably they were IN A FRAT when they went to college - but we will be open to casting 1 or 2 guys who weren't (out of 7 total) so if they are great and weren't in a frat, we'll meet them too.
