Our goal is to create a new style of cancer related content to replace the stale “talking head” style medically focused videos on our cancer pages allowing our viewers to get first hand accounts and relatable tips from the people who are actually living with/surviving these cancers. Our hope is that these interviews will shed new light and give new hope to people currently coping.
The concept again is as follows; we will find a “survivor” for each type of cancer listed below and have them tell their story in a documentary style interview including their experience from diagnosis to treatment, recovery and beyond. Compensation or charitable donations will be provided for all as well as transportation, hair and makeup, etc. Filming commitment is limited, no more than a few hours per person. there will be brief pre interview that can be conducted via SKYPE but we will keep time commitments limited. The cancers we would like to cover are as follows:
Leukemia
Prostate
Cervical
Colon
