Do you eat an unhealthy amount of sugar? Can you not live without certain sugary foods or beverages, or find yourself lying about your sugar intake? Do you find that you can't just have one piece of candy before eating the whole bag? Do you suffer from withdrawal symptoms when you go without sugar? Is your addiction to sugar affecting your family? Have you sought help to curb your addiction in any way? If you appear to be between the ages of 16 and 28 and identify with any of the above, MTV wants to hear your story.
